18/01/2026: A fantastic find! This family-run hotel is ideally located just steps from the beach. The welcome is exceptionally warm; you immediately feel right at home. Impeccably clean and with a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

15/01/2026: The room was outdated and desperately needed a refresh. There was a serious soundproofing problem for a 4-star hotel; you could hear everything happening in the hallway and walking above you. Very expensive per night for the standard offered.

09/03/2026: A lovely Sunday evening on the Amiens quays, where restaurants are few and far between. A warm welcome, generous and well-prepared dishes in a pleasant setting. I would definitely go back.

12/03/2026: My friends and I had reserved a table for about ten people on a Saturday evening. The setting is original and pleasant. For starters, we ordered a charcuterie board which I would describe as insufficient for 18 euros; the quality was average, and there was no butter. Three of my friends and I ordered two rib-eye steaks to share (around 80 euros each). Needless to say, we were disappointed by the very poor quality of the meat (see photo). Many pieces were inedible. This is quite disappointing in a place like this. The side dishes (potatoes, I can't remember the exact term) were, however, of good quality. The staff did the bare minimum and didn't ask, for example, how our meal went (a table of 11 people with a total bill of 670 euros). We left disappointed, but perhaps we just caught them on an off day!

15/02/2026: It's a shame the seafood sauerkraut wasn't up to par. There was no sirloin steak as advertised on the menu. And no homemade fries as indicated. The wait was far too long. Very disappointed.

14/02/2026: We came today as a party of four without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, and they had a nice menu with several choices of fish and meat dishes, including a daily special. We ordered a rib of beef, steak tartare, and pink duck breast strips at 12:45 PM. An hour later, we still hadn't been served. I asked the waitress why it was taking so long, and she gave us a rather unfriendly response: "The oven isn't expandable" or "The restaurant is full," which is unjustifiable given the long wait. An hour and a half later, our dishes arrived, all good and hot, except for the duck breast strips, which were served medium-rare but inedible, with cold mashed potatoes and a sauce that wasn't the one that was supposed to go in the dish. I asked for them to be replaced, but unfortunately, they were out of duck breast strips in the kitchen, so I had no meal. We left disappointed with our meals. I would recommend this restaurant for a group with plenty of time and a lot of patience.

12/12/2025: First visit to La Scène restaurant, and certainly not the last! I tried their guinea fowl stuffed with chestnuts for the first time: a real treat. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender, and the stuffing was very flavorful. The dish was generous and beautifully presented. Pleasant service and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

15/02/2026: Hello, we had dinner last night for Valentine's Day, and the meal was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/02/2026: The chicken was supposedly marinated, but it wasn't at all; it was just marinated on the skin. We arrived second and were served last, indicating a lack of communication between the staff. Luckily, I asked the waiter if he had forgotten about us. In short, the only thing worth visiting is the view of the castle. In short, I don't recommend it.

24/02/2026: Excellent food; the grilled fish is highly recommended, as are the other dishes. Efficient service. Located on a pedestrian street with several shops, bars, and restaurants, this one is definitely worth a visit. A great find!

17/02/2026: We dined at this restaurant (a small group of seven) and received a warm and professional welcome. The food was homemade and prepared with care, which was much appreciated. Special mention goes to the profiteroles, which were served with true expertise, and especially to the authentic chocolate, served properly in its little copper pot. A friendly atmosphere—what more could you ask for? Our only goal is to return with pleasure. Thank you again for everything.
