18/01/2026: Last night's evening with a live band was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, we've already booked it for next year, we'll be there! The meal featured local produce and the atmosphere was hilarious.

24/03/2026: We were very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant, even though we had enjoyed our visit several times before. The set menu, previously offered at €32, wasn't available this Sunday, so we had to order à la carte, for a total of over €45 per person. Unfortunately, the portions didn't justify the prices, and the quality seemed to have declined. We question this price increase, which is difficult to justify given our experience. The service was also disappointing: a rather cold welcome from a waitress who was unfriendly and disorganized. Wine wasn't served at the table, and cutlery was left out… overall, the service was very mediocre. We had come to celebrate a birthday and wanted to have a good time, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We don't plan to return. However, we would like to point out that the owner, on the other hand, was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

23/03/2026: Delicious, authentic food served by friendly hosts. The view of the valley is also beautiful, especially in the evening.

29/03/2026: The staff are rude, disrespectful, and arrogant when you point out their lack of respect. And on top of that, the prices are outrageous. I hadn't been there in a long time, and I never will again. I can only advise you to go to another establishment; it's not like Lille doesn't have other restaurants with friendly staff, reasonable prices, and quality food (everything that's missing here, basically).

08/03/2026: Good pub with a great atmosphere. Classic beers, and they offer jugs so you can pour several beers. Happy hour until 8 pm. Cover charge after a certain time. Live sports events shown. Good pizza.

07/03/2026: I just witnessed a surreal and utterly arbitrary scene. Unprofessional "doormen" at the entrance refused entry to two young women, claiming they were questioning the pricing strategies. This raises serious questions about consumer protection laws and transparency, as well as the competence and judgment of the cashiers. Given these young women and the bouncer's attitude, I felt no confidence in this establishment. I, too, chose not to enter. I have no regrets and am shocked by the peremptory and dismissive stance. I do not recommend it.

21/02/2026: For a true Breton from Finistère, it's extremely difficult to find buckwheat crêpes (yes, in Finistère we don't say galette 🙄) as delicate and crispy as those there! To date, this is the only restaurant I've found that comes closest! I highly recommend it; they're delicious.

05/09/2025: Go, go, go! I was shocked to read two terrible reviews, and I believe they're completely false. We went to this place several times. The food was good, the portions generous, and the prices were truly competitive. If that weren't enough, the smiles from all the staff were truly there; I don't think that's a given (unfortunately).

24/03/2026: The view must be lovely when the fog isn't blowing, of course. The service was good. I had the €38 set menu, and what's really annoying is this habit of adding extra charges. In my case, the meat was €10. It was cooked as requested, but nothing exceptional. The purslane salad was supposed to be replaced with a small spinach salad. They don't warn you beforehand; you're presented with a fait accompli when it arrives. The salad was served on a nice plate, but it looked like it had been tossed onto it with a few croutons and a little vinaigrette. The scallops were an extra €7, and they really deserved a little sauce. The dessert was good, in my opinion. So, yes, it's not bad, and yes, there's a view if you're seated near the windows, but I won't be going back given the prices and the price adjustments, which I find excessive.

07/03/2026: ⚠️... It's a shame about this restaurant, which deserves so much more... It wasn't the location that bothered me, nor the fantastic view, nor the perfect food... no, it's simply the overpriced wine... especially when you order a bottle of white Gascony wine for 32 euros and realize that the barcode on the bottle matches that of a discount chain (Aldi, to name names...) and that this wine sells for 2.90 euros in stores. I understand that the restaurant makes a profit on alcohol, no problem, but to take a 30 euro markup on a bottle that's only worth 10 times less is really taking customers for fools. Poor foreign customers who won't even have the chance to realize this rip-off and won't be able to report it to the relevant authorities. It's a real shame...

20/02/2026: We were cycling through the beautiful Pévèle countryside on a lovely summer Sunday when we happened to pass by the restaurant "Le Pavé Gourmand." The parking lot was full, and we were immediately struck by the place. We approached, and through the window, we could see a packed dining room. A few days later, we made a reservation, and finally, we were seated. The atmosphere was very warm, and we were instantly enveloped by the pleasant ambiance. The staff was very friendly, and we placed our order. A few moments later, we were completely blown away. The dishes were so original and refined that they left us speechless. Traditional cuisine where regional products are showcased with the chef's personal touch. A concise menu confirms that everything we ate was cooked fresh in the kitchen. Originality is the order of the day… Even the tiramisu would make our Italian friends blush… and I know what I'm talking about. Everything was perfect, worthy of a gourmet restaurant, if not more, with unbeatable value for money. It had been a long time since we'd found such a wonderful place. A huge thank you to this fantastic team. We've already made our next reservation.

02/03/2026: A very pleasant stay, a warm welcome, and a fantastic location on the quayside. The breakfast buffet was appetizing, and the room on the first floor was lovely. In short, a very successful stay!

01/03/2026: A wonderful stay with a very welcoming team who went out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. The hotel is well located and has a lovely decor. The family room, which is divided into two sections—parents' and children's areas connected by a door—is a real plus, especially with teenagers. The breakfast room offers a view of the harbor and is bright and functional. The jams are delicious.

21/02/2026: Not only did they steal their idea, but they stole their quality too! Pirates (and not Ti...K). Close your eyes... Okay, open them! You won't see the sea! But their galettes and crêpes are just like the ones over there. The "Bretons" have something to worry about with these competitors. And what's more... I won't even mention their ice cream. Even in winter, it warms your heart. Price-wise, it's true, it's not one of those big "AMERICAN" chains, the ones with the "Trump Towers," but it's "cheap." The best place in town...
