23/08/2026: Nice place, pleasant setting. We had tarte flambée. It was excellent. The quality and quantity of the ingredients were spot on. The service was top-notch, the staff very friendly. A year later we went back, the atmosphere was still fantastic and the staff just as friendly. I ate one of the best meat dishes I've ever had in a restaurant.

11/09/2026: I stayed for a week on a half-board basis this summer for a training course at L'Épis de Bois. It was an excellent experience, much more enjoyable than I had imagined, being alone for the week. The room was quiet, clean, and air-conditioned; you feel welcomed as if you were visiting family. I ate dinner with all the other guests and the very friendly managers on the terrace. The food was good and very generous. In short, I highly recommend it. This week wouldn't have been so enjoyable without such a comfortable place to stay every night!

08/10/2026: Simple but appealing menu. Good ingredients, well-cooked food. Overall, it's good/very good, but not exceptional. The service (from Tom) was excellent—attentive, smiling, nothing but positive things to say. A meal for two cost €120, including two courses, two desserts (the chocolate fondant was very good, the pear tart needs improvement), and two glasses of wine. It's not cheap for what it is, but it's still worth it. A good place to eat.

24/08/2026: Great place for a late night drink with a hip crowd. The terrace is huge, the mismatched furniture funky and it’s the perfect place to plot up either after or before exploring the neighborhood

10/08/2026: Best meal we ate in Paris! Came here after we found out La Bellevilloise was closed and after eating here I’m glad it was! We started with an espresso which was by far the best coffee we had in Paris and then got a crème brûlée, which may be the best I have had in my life. I got the Parmigiana d’Aubergine and my friends both got the Ceaser salad. Upon trying the aubergine a little tear rolled down my cheek and another down my leg, by far the best aubergine I have eaten in my entire life! Words simply won’t do it justice, you have to go here and try it yourself! The atmosphere was excellent, it is clear that this is a spot beloved by locals and largely unknown to tourists. The location is perfect, a beautiful square that felt very safe and had plenty of outdoor seating. Bread (which was fresh and excellent) and water were provided at no additional cost and the waiter was attentive and polite (although you do need to speak at least basic french to get on his good side). The prices were also excellent, coming to under €16 each for everything! This will be the first place I go when I’m next in Paris, also a short walk from the Belleville park, which is fantastic for a digestive walk! An absolute must go!

16/10/2026: I absolutely loved this crêperie, SAINT GERMAIN! I adored the food; the crêpe was delicious (MARYLIN: minced meat, Emmental cheese...), the welcome was warm, and the decor was lovely! The crêperie offers homemade dishes, crêpes, bowls, salads, hot and cold drinks, and desserts (I had the apple and toasted almond crêpe, and I really enjoyed the combination). Good value for money, I'll definitely be back. They also have two other restaurants on the same street with absolutely incredible decor (Crêperie Pêcheurs and Crêperie des Arts). The street is lively, and the neighborhood is charming. Honestly, we loved it!!!

15/10/2026: The crepes were too small; I'd need two a month, but the price was too high. The place itself is nice, and the service is fairly quick and efficient, but I was disappointed by the crepe. €11 for a very basic crepe (a "complete" crepe) served without salad... Not great, in my opinion.

12/09/2026: A very pleasant experience; the owner speaks Spanish and was very helpful. Everything we tried was delicious, and they have excellent coffee.

16/09/2026: Wow! Beautiful establishment, spotlessly clean from floor to ceiling. The food is delicious 😋 The owners are fantastic. The lady is incredibly kind and friendly, and her husband treated us to wonderful meals. It was amazing; we'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

27/07/2026: I ordered a Niçoise salad with a twist, featuring fresh tuna. It was canned tuna. That's a shame.

05/06/2026: I recommend it, reasonable prices, excellent staff, and most importantly, the food is good.

31/08/2026: We're about 80 km from the sea, and yet the chef tells us he prepares fish like a... chef. Well, the chef certainly deserves the title. We've never eaten—and we live on the Mediterranean coast—so many perfectly prepared seafood dishes: crispy prawns with mango coulis, sea bream tartare with mango and coconut, sea bass fillet (known locally as loup) with a hay sauce—a wonderful discovery—and a mixed grill that I struggled to finish because it was so flavorful and generous! Afterwards, personally, I couldn't eat anything more, but my wife treated herself to a delicious brioche French toast with salted caramel... Needless to say, as soon as we got back in the car, we looked for a shady spot (it was a very, very, very hot day) to digest before hitting the road again. Pleasant setting, welcoming owner, and a top-notch chef. We'll be back, that's for sure. So stop reading me and book a table (it's better that way).

18/08/2026: Definitely a semi-gastronomic experience! Even the plate of Spanish hams is of very high quality.

13/10/2026: Pretty good and I would say the best one around this area the others seem unpleasant and touristy, we enjoyed the food.

12/10/2026: Third visit with my partner, and we've never been disappointed, whether it's for a charcuterie board, a drink, a meal, or brunch. The cocktails and dishes are good, the brunch is generous, I would just say that there might be some shredded meat on the charcuterie platters... that's where I think there's room for improvement. A big thumbs up for the warm welcome; the waiters and waitresses are charming, it's a real plus that will keep us coming back!

27/02/2026: A very welcoming owner who cooks and serves: real chicken in the burger, real, fresh fries. He selects his animals for the local meat he cooks. A nice little red wine to enjoy. A genuine desire to please his customers. Simple and very effective.
