29/07/2026: Hello, We used Charlie & Tom for a company lunch held during our onboarding seminars for the employees of our Nuances agencies. All of our employees gave us excellent feedback on the service we chose. For a lunch in a meeting room, we opted for the "Cagettes" package for a group of 11 people. Throughout our discussions, we felt listened to and advised. The result was a success. We highly recommend the service provided by Charlie & Tom. We will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

12/08/2026: We were a group of nine and asked if it was possible to have a table. We were told yes, so we sat down, expecting to be served. Unfortunately, time passed and no one came to serve us. We hadn't even received a menu after a long wait. As I was with a baby, we decided to leave. I went to a waiter to explain the situation and tell him we were leaving since we still hadn't been served. His reaction was particularly disappointing: he showed no interest in our situation and made no effort to find a solution or even apologize. Fortunately, a waitress came later and was much more professional and attentive, which is worth mentioning. It's a shame, because there were nine of us, and this experience could have been very different with a little more attention, consideration, and above all, professionalism. We especially hope that this feedback will allow this server to become aware of its behavior and improve its attitude towards customers in the future.

09/08/2026: The waiter at the casino bar on Saturday night was not pleasant at all; we felt like we were bothering him.

30/05/2026: Dishes served with bland sauces, especially the poached eggs and the scallops. There's no effort put into the preparation of the dishes. The blueberry tartlet dessert isn't really a blueberry tartlet at all... it's a shortbread base covered with a thick layer of whipped cream and decorated with a few meager blueberries. It's a shame for a mountainous region not to find a truly authentic blueberry tartlet. The view and setting were stunning, and the service was impeccable.

12/05/2026: An amazing spot, delicious food for all tastes, I recommend the all-you-can-eat chicken and fries on Sunday at lunchtime (ideal for taking the kids). A great place to meet up with friends.

08/08/2026: Good fruit and juice stand upstairs, and really inexpensive. It's a shame not all the vendors accept credit cards, otherwise perfect 👍🏻

23/08/2026: The Jardins d'Olympe offer a magnificent setting on the banks of the Garonne. Enjoying tapas and other dishes, and sipping delicious cocktails with your feet in the sand, is truly unique. A wonderful musical performance added another special touch to this evening. Thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome and enthusiasm. I had a fantastic time! Bravo!

25/04/2026: Excellent bakery, but also original and delicious cakes. The owner is also very pleasant!

21/02/2026: Always a very warm welcome at this bakery, with attention paid to the customer (the little napkin or straw, for example). And the pastries are truly delicious. I think I'll be coming back more often.

13/08/2026: We had a lovely time on the terrace. We arrived around 3 pm to eat and were greeted with a smile. The food and staff were excellent. The prices were more than reasonable.

13/08/2026: A very bad experience. There were 11 of us, and after an hour's wait, we were told that the cooks were "putting up a fight" with large tables and that our order was delayed because of it. If you come here, definitely don't come with more than 8 people; apparently, the kitchens aren't equipped to handle large groups. An hour's wait in a restaurant without a clear solution is truly unacceptable. It's a shame, because we simply came to have a good time with friends. The organization needs improvement.
