08/12/2025: Thanks to some excellent recommendations, we stopped with friends for lunch at this traditional bistro, which is definitely worth a visit.
We received a very warm and genuine welcome.
The staff was efficient and professional, and the food was delicious. The service was well-organized.
The photos of the dishes accurately reflect what's on the restaurant's website. A great place to remember.

17/01/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped for dinner at the inn.
We ordered two chicken escalopes with Reblochon cheese and fries, two Monaco chocolates, and a crème brûlée.
The escalopes were very tender, the Reblochon sauce was full of flavor, and dipping the fries in it was a real treat. The crème brûlée was light, perfect for finishing the meal without feeling heavy.
The manager is welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

28/02/2026: There were three of us, and we had booked well in advance for this experience in this historic setting. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table for two in a corner of the room. It was difficult to sit down. My son, who is 1.85 meters tall, had to eat at an angle. I find it unacceptable to spend over 200 euros for this kind of comfort, even if the food was very good.
27/02/2026: The sauerkraut with three types of fish is excellent and very generous.
I highly recommend this dish.
However, the staff's welcome and service were mediocre. There was no explanation of the different types of fish, and the dishes were simply placed on the table without any comment. The least they could have done was wish us a pleasant meal!

Nothing but positive things to say... The ingredients are local, and the option to order wine by the glass allows you to pair it perfectly with each dish. Highly recommended.
23/10/2025: A quality stopover on the road! A warm and friendly welcome, a delicious meal showcasing local products in a tastefully decorated setting, and a peaceful night. We'll have to come back once the rooms are fully renovated to take the time to explore the surrounding area.

15/02/2026: My boyfriend and I went there for Valentine's Day. We hadn't been before and were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was very professional and kind, and the chef was very friendly. We ate very, very well for the price. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant. It has a family atmosphere. I recommend it. Thank you!
14/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, we had a wonderful meal! It was a set menu for Valentine's Day, but since I was pregnant, they kindly adapted it so I could enjoy it – a truly appreciated gesture.
The husband in the kitchen and the wife in the dining room make an incredible team. They work with passion, and it shows in both the food and the service.
We will definitely be back!
