13/09/2026: On a Sunday in St Palais, it's best to book ahead. A table on the terrace was a bit cramped but shaded. First and foremost, I must say the service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, and very professional. The dishes were also very well prepared: salmon gravlax and the fish of the day. A special mention goes to the profiterole, which finished off a menu for only 30 euros. A great experience that I highly recommend.

13/09/2026: This restaurant is fantastic; we rarely see a server who loves their job and does it with humor, passion, and a smile. The food is excellent: the grilled octopus is a delight with its perfectly chosen vegetables, and the profiteroles are delicious too… Go without hesitation. We highly recommend it.

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay (4 nights) at La Villa Augusta. The setting is magnificent, we dined at the restaurant three evenings, and the food was excellent – ​​we thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel and restaurant staff were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you for this lovely time.

26/08/2026: Like everyone has said, eating here is like eating at your best friend's house as a child. Very obviously home-cooked warmth. Go with the plats de jeur (two-meat meatball in tomato on rice when I ate here) and the house dessert (creme caramel) is equally delicious and comforting. An excellent diversion from the gastro brasserie fare. 100% would visit again.

14/10/2026: We ordered the Tasting Board (around 2 kg), and the meat was absolutely delicious! Great selection of cuts, and we really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine, but our waiter walked away and never came back with it. After waiting for a while, I had to ask where our wine was. Only then was I told, "Sorry, we don't have it." For a restaurant where dinner costs over €100, I expected much better service and communication. If something is unavailable, guests should be informed right away, not left waiting and wondering. The food was excellent, but the service definitely needs improvement.

The flavors are exceptional, and each plate makes you want to come back to try the rest of the menu. But beyond the food, it's the service that truly sets it apart. The team is incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. You immediately feel at ease, and the servers are incredibly attentive from the beginning to the end of your meal, demonstrating a genuine sense of service and conviviality. It's a place where you eat very well in a pleasant atmosphere and feel like a guest rather than just a customer. A must-try in the 9th arrondissement! 👏 Well done to the whole team, we will gladly return.
