30/08/2026: A perfect restaurant for a romantic dinner after a day outdoors. The food was excellent and the setting magnificent. The walk back down to Autrant was ideal for digestion. We highly recommend it.

31/07/2026: A happy coincidence led us to book a table at L’Estancia for lunch, and we didn't regret our choice. For four people, with two children's menus and two adult menus, plus drinks and two glasses of wine, the price came to just over €80, which is very reasonable compared to other restaurants. The food was good and well-presented, and the service was quick (the restaurant was quite empty) and very friendly. If you're passing through Briare and, like us, other restaurants were either closed or full, don't hesitate to go to L’Estancia. I've updated the menus.

20/09/2026: Excellent place! Sauerkraut with beer (not white wine). So, the "traditionalists" will say it's not "real," and they're right, but at least you won't have it sitting in your stomach all day! The cabbage and charcuterie were top quality. There was only one person in the dining room and one in the kitchen, yet the wait was perfectly reasonable. The chef is a true master, who knows his craft. Well done!

10/10/2026: Dont often leave reviews but was so shocked and upset by the bartender/owner’s behaviour. He was aggressive, rude and made us feel belittled and unsafe. The type who should not be working in hospitality! Would avoid this place at all costs.
