07/08/2026: We left the highway to find a restaurant. A local recommended the café near the train station. We received a very warm welcome, the food was plentiful and tasty (fish and chips, burger, Caesar salad), the homemade fries were excellent, and Monsieur Eddy's mayonnaise was fantastic (mayo with Espelette pepper). The only downside was the loud music, which didn't suit the atmosphere.

02/07/2026: I highly recommend this place: Fresh products, excellent value for money, and a superb outdoor area (beautiful shaded terrace, small, secure pond, swing and slide, pétanque court). Bertrand and his wife are very welcoming and attentive to their customers. And for fresh fish lovers, the trout is caught that very morning in the pond—a real treat!

31/07/2026: A happy coincidence led us to book a table at L’Estancia for lunch, and we didn't regret our choice. For four people, with two children's menus and two adult menus, plus drinks and two glasses of wine, the price came to just over €80, which is very reasonable compared to other restaurants. The food was good and well-presented, and the service was quick (the restaurant was quite empty) and very friendly. If you're passing through Briare and, like us, other restaurants were either closed or full, don't hesitate to go to L’Estancia. I've updated the menus.

22/08/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but when a spoiled dish is combined with the staff's bad faith, I've had enough. So if this can save you from having the same experience... They won the prize of a salad but lost much more!

17/08/2026: If you're looking for a crêperie in Carantec, this is the one to go to! We ate the best mussels Breton-style ever, with cider cream and bacon—a delight! The crêpe with Guéméné sausage, onion confit, and apples was a real treat! I imagine the other dishes are just as excellent. The staff is competent and very friendly, and the manager is very accommodating. If you want to eat in Carantec and are hesitating between restaurants, head straight to Le Ti Crêperie Itente; you won't be disappointed. While the street-side terrace isn't very large, a garden terrace with a sea view awaits you inside. Enjoy!

26/04/2026: We came to celebrate our first anniversary and enjoyed the Sunday brunch. A lovely welcome, full of humor and joy. A very high-quality buffet with a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. (The only slight drawback... the pancakes, but that's really nitpicking because compared to the gravlax salmon, eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, and everything else!!!) In short, an excellent time. Thank you for everything.

13/07/2026: What a great find . We had traveled for 9 hours on our motorbikes , dealing rather tired ! I asked a local lady where a hotel was . She sent us here! The lady on reception was really kind and accomodating . The hotel was perfect , nice rooms and beautifully kept . The restaurant was closed but it was ok , we were guided to a fantastic local restaurant 3 mins away . Breakfast was perfect . We left refreshed thank you so much

17/05/2026: A very pleasant 4-night stay. The (premium) room was spacious and welcoming, with a very comfortable bathroom and thoughtful overall decor. Excellent bedding. Breakfasts were perfect, with a wide selection of products (several different kinds of bread, for example), and a well-stocked buffet. You feel at ease and comfortable in this place where everything is done to ensure a pleasant stay. The owner and staff are welcoming and friendly. Very well located, especially for visiting Strasbourg.
