The venue was beautiful, the tables were meticulously set, the appetizers and the meal were delicious, and the servers, Anaïs and Clément, were simply outstanding. 22/09/2026: A truly wonderful evening at La Scierie! There were nine of us, and everyone left delighted. The welcome was absolutely top-notch: warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The dishes were original, sophisticated, beautifully presented, and above all, absolutely delicious. And down to the smallest details, everything was meticulously attended to: exquisite tableware, superb wine glasses… The wine we chose was excellent, by the way. A huge thank you to Hugo and his entire team for their hospitality and this superb evening. A place we will gladly return to!

The food was delicious, and every dish was a real surprise, with unique and special flavours. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of taste. Definitely one of the best restaurants we visited on the French side of the Basque Country. We will certainly come back in the future! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

08/09/2026: Excellent meal! We opted for à la carte dishes which were absolutely delicious. To start, an excellent sea bass crudo and smoked sardines – "simple" but elevated by the Chef. Then, a perfect Kintoa pig and an excellent monkfish. To finish, a fantastic cheese platter. The welcome and service were very friendly and efficient, with detailed explanations of each dish. We had a few words with the Chef to thank him and his team. Highly recommended. Dinner Saturday, September 5th. Thank you.

18/08/2026: We came for dinner as a couple based on a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was friendly, the music was good, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. The food was very good, and the ingredients were local. We're so glad we ate here!

15/10/2026: Only had one coffee. Nice terrace, but €2.90 for a coffee isn't cheap, but then again, we're in the 16th arrondissement.

12/10/2026: A place where having a drink and a bite to eat is a truly delightful experience. The welcome is warm, and special mention goes to the Corsican charcuterie and the octopus risotto. The only thing missing is a cheese plate... but it's planned for the menu soon... we'll be back to check it out :). We had a wonderful time; thank you to the team.
