01/08/2026: Great meal, we came with friends and it was excellent, thank you to the whole team

25/07/2026: Disappointed, really disappointed… Two foie gras appetizers, one of which was runny and a bland brown, not to mention the acidic and soulless taste. I asked for a second helping and was served the same dish, with a 30-minute wait between courses. That can happen, but when tables around us are served first, even though they arrived much later, it's unacceptable. When the bill arrived, I expected some kind of compensation for such a disastrous foie gras, but no, nothing. Just a "it must be the heat" – a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers… In short, avoid this place, especially for a €70 meal for two.

16/08/2026: During our exploration of Lyon, we stopped for drinks and treated ourselves to a delicious cocktail, beer, and the kids to something non-alcoholic. We ordered directly at the bar inside from a really friendly bartender. The experience was very pleasant overall.

06/08/2026: Booking for bouillabaisse on a Saturday night: fantastic!! An incredibly warm welcome, impeccable, personalized, and attentive service without being obsequious, excellent wine advice (Valmagne Turenne white, superb!!!) and then, the bouillabaisse à la sétoise... absolutely divine!! Six or seven different types of fish, croutons, aioli, parmesan... The plate was so generous I couldn't finish... And the dining room was magnificent!!!! We'll be back next year!!! 💕

31/07/2026: While strolling through Senones, we stumbled upon La Salle des Gardes quite by chance and were delighted to receive excellent service and, above all, superb cuisine. Only the finest ingredients, expertly prepared. A true pleasure. The Vosges Burger was simply outstanding. The tarte flambée and Vosges salad were equally impressive. A truly wonderful discovery. And all at unbeatable prices.

07/06/2026: Fantastic find! A really cool concept, a place to remember for Sunday brunch. I'm looking forward to Friday nights with the BBQ and maybe even trying out the open mic (with my musician son) on Sunday evenings this summer. 03/03/2026: Excellent cuisine at truly affordable prices considering the quality and service. As for the setting, I was going to say it's magnificent, but in reality, I realize it's beyond that. This establishment is, for me, a true hidden gem in the heart of the Corbières region, and I hope that everyone who appreciates the finer things in life will discover it one day. Bravo!

17/08/2026: A very good restaurant with excellent dishes and desserts. The service was good, but be aware that the tables were cleared too quickly, as my colleague had to rush to finish her plate while the waiter gave her a look. However, we will definitely return.

17/08/2026: Returning from the large flea market in Verneuil, we were looking for a place to have ice cream and a drink. As we passed the restaurant, we were kindly invited to enjoy the terrace and order whatever we wanted, even though the staff were busy preparing for their evening event. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and kindness of our hosts. We sat on the terrace and it was very enjoyable. We'll definitely keep the address in mind for lunch or to sign up for one of their evening events. All the best.

15/08/2026: A wonderful experience at Louisiane in Verneuil! A very pleasant place, excellent food, and above all, top-notch service: welcoming, efficient, and attentive. We came for a meal with colleagues, and the setting was perfect. A friendly atmosphere, delicious dishes, and a warm welcome: everything was there for a truly enjoyable time. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!

14/08/2026: We only spent one evening in this wonderful little town and were lucky enough to eat at this pizzeria. I've rarely had such a fantastic Italian pizza. The other dishes were also great; the salad was crisp and fresh, and they even managed to make a margarita taste even better. Highly recommended!
