15/03/2026: A wonderful discovery during a weekend getaway with friends in the south. A warm welcome with a smile and excellent, beautifully presented dishes. I personally enjoyed a delicious Provençal pizza with parsley and fresh tomatoes.

14/03/2026: Everything was excellent 👌 The pizza, the figatelli, the panisses, the perfectly cooked octopus, not to mention the delicious rum baba and profiteroles for dessert 🤩 For a first visit, we weren't disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend it 👍🏻

10/03/2026: I had the pleasure of staying at the Molitor twice, once for a massage. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is charming, with easy access to Paris, and it's very quiet (no noise disturbs your sleep). The food is delicious. I've already had dinner there with a friend who lives near the hotel but had never tried it before. I highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: The positives: very comfortable, very friendly staff, beautiful location, and a very complete breakfast. You feel good in this hotel steeped in history. The women's sauna was at 90°C, a truly pleasant sauna. The negatives: the women's hammam wasn't working. I went to see the spa staff who said they would check the temperature and if it still wasn't working, they would call a technician. The next day: still not working. In the men's area, neither the hammam nor the sauna was working. For a 5-star hotel, I don't find this acceptable, especially for the Molitor, where I came specifically for aquatic relaxation, and it is with regret that I have to give it less than 10/10.

10/03/2026: My partner and I came for dinner last night and had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious and the welcome was very warm. I especially loved that we were offered unsalted or lightly salted butter (Breton style); it was a thoughtful touch that I greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the waiter who was there on Monday evening, March 9th: he was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and very professional. Thank you so much for a lovely meal.

24/02/2026: A chic yet unpretentious setting; you immediately feel at ease. Impeccable service: efficient, friendly, and attentive (but without reciting the menu like a 12-page poem 😄). And the food? Refined, indulgent, and simply delicious! Dishes are expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and above all… delicious. In short, a place worth a visit—and definitely worth a second go!

The Auberge du Mehrbächel offered us an authentic and welcoming setting for one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Thanks to meticulous planning, we were able to fully enjoy every moment without the slightest stress. The preparation beforehand was exemplary: professionalism, attention to detail, and a caring team that perfectly adapted to our wishes. The dinner will remain etched in our memories and those of our guests: farm-fresh products, refined and generous local cuisine, enhanced by the chef's expertise. The flavors, presentation, and quality were impeccable and contributed to making our evening a true feast. A huge thank you to the entire team and the Kornacker family: you were the cornerstone of this wonderful wedding weekend. We wholeheartedly recommend the Auberge du Mehrbächel: this place is a gem, and we will happily return to relive some of this magic!

24/02/2026: Behind a rather drab storefront lies a REAL seafood restaurant. The dishes are generous, fresh, and EXCELLENT. The scallops are large and cooked to perfection, the octopus salad is flavorful. And what can I say about the FRESH fruit salad (which we sampled in the generous dessert coffee)? Don't hesitate to go in; you'll be greeted by the owner, who is warm and very friendly, as are her chef husband and their son. In short, when we go back down to Grenoble, we know where we'll be eating.
