29/01/2026: Passing through the area, my husband and I stopped for lunch. We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, dessert), and from start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was excellent. The chef's dishes are worthy of a top restaurant. We will be back.

25/01/2026: We had a very good meal. The ham platter with mixed vegetables was incredible. The main courses were just as good and very generous, although my meat was slightly overcooked. However, a major drawback was the service: the wait was far too long. It took about 15 minutes for drinks, then 35 minutes for the starter, and another 35 minutes for the main courses. The staff lacked presence and attentiveness. It's a shame, because this wait discouraged us from ordering dessert. With more responsive service, the experience would have been much better.

08/03/2026: Gift voucher with the Menu of the Month! We came as a couple, arriving with a view of Clermont-Ferrand, and received a superb welcome at reception. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff without being intrusive, the suggested wine pairings, the spacing between tables allowing for conversation without disturbing others, the restaurant's decor, and of course, the menu... well done, Chef! A wide selection of cheeses! We were stuffed by the petit fours! A place to discover if you're visiting Auvergne... and it's in the Michelin Guide! Best of luck to the team.

27/03/2026: Very pleasant setting, sea view from the terrace. Quick and friendly service. Excellent value for money. We had a very good meal. I recommend the galette with salmon, crème fraîche, and chives. It was delicious. The dessert was also excellent. It's best to book ahead.

15/03/2026: A very good, well-regarded crêperie, but it could use a little more effort to stay at the top (the galettes are generously filled but lack a special touch, and the extras are expensive—especially the salad bowl). The location is ideal, and even through the windows, you feel like you're sitting on the sand.

05/03/2026: Nice location by the sea. But the service and the food were disappointing… I ordered pork, and they brought me a ribeye steak which, by the way, was nowhere near 300g! (Maybe 100g…). The sauce was very runny and tasteless. My daughter's hamburger sauce was much better! The scallops with three carrot slices were hardly a proper dish (you'd expect a proper garnish!), but the price was very high. The advertised ice cream flavors weren't available, which disappointed the children. As for me, I ordered vanilla and they brought me hazelnut… in short, a chaotic meal! Furthermore, the staff caters to the demands of unpleasant customers at the expense of the more pleasant ones, which doesn't contribute to a good atmosphere. The one who complains the loudest is the one who's right. You can find much better restaurants in terms of value for money and atmosphere on Rue des Bains!

Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic; even our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome. And even though we forgot to order her meal, they made up for it perfectly. A big thank you for this wonderful experience.

02/03/2026: A beautiful establishment dating back to the 16th century. The hotel has a lot of charm. The courtyard and terrace are full of flowers and beautifully decorated with antique tools. We received a very warm welcome, with a tour of the premises and helpful explanations. Our room wasn't very large, but it was perfectly adequate! Clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, and two bottles of water. Excellent! The spa isn't very big, and the pool is a bit chilly, but the hot jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing! And the massages! Absolutely fantastic; we left feeling completely zen and relaxed. We had four massages—pure bliss! The only slight drawback is that the massages are consecutive, as there's only one masseuse (but her hands are magic and well worth it!). So, you can't enjoy the spa together, but rather take turns. We really appreciated its location, with free parking. All the hotel staff are very kind, helpful, and always smiling! It felt great. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and had everything we needed to start the day right. Sweet options (breads, jams, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fromage blanc, fresh fruit salad...) and savory options (cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, bacon...) were perfect for us! And the waitress was fantastic! The restaurant: we had dinner in the beautiful cellar with exposed stone walls. Delicious flammekueche, good desserts, and again, the staff was excellent. The town of Bergheim is very pretty and ideally located near Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Kaysersberg... It's really great! Thank you for everything, we'll be back!! 🤩🙏

29/01/2026: We enjoyed our wedding dinner at this charming restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff was as pleasant as the setting. Alix and Florient were attentive and very friendly. We highly recommend it.

01/01/2026: We have been going to this restaurant for about two years and have always had very fond memories of it. Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve dinner experience was extremely disappointing, to the point where we are questioning our desire to return. First of all, the wait between courses was excessive: between 30 minutes and sometimes almost an hour between each course, which made the meal very long and unpleasant. Being pregnant, I had taken the precaution of calling the restaurant three times before our visit to inform them of the situation (properly cooked dishes, no alcohol). Despite this, dishes containing alcohol were brought to me on several occasions, forcing me to send them back to the kitchen each time. I was also told that the only alternatives were Sprite or Coca-Cola. At the end of the meal, I was even told that there were no desserts or cheeses suitable for me, which is particularly regrettable for a €130 menu, which was already quite light. The service was also problematic: the waiter was unpleasant, visibly jaded, and almost annoyed by the fact that I was pregnant, which is hardly acceptable in an establishment of this caliber. As for the atmosphere, an 80s dance party with a DJ was advertised. In reality, no music was played until the entire restaurant started complaining. Finally, the waiter put on a simple Spotify playlist, and it was even a customer who ended up managing the music. The quality and quantity of the dishes were nowhere near what we had experienced before. The food was disappointing and meager, to the point that many customers, including us, resorted to bread and water. No mocktails or non-alcoholic alternatives were offered: I literally spent New Year's Eve drinking only water. Adding to this was a very cold dining room, the need to queue to pay the bill because no one was taking payment at their table, and an end to the evening marked by the general annoyance of the customers, many of whom expressed their dissatisfaction. It's a real shame, because this restaurant had a very promising start two years ago. We sincerely hope that it will learn from its mistakes and improve its service and customer experience in the future.
