Please do visit this restaurant when you are in the neighborhood. Even if you are not in the neighborhood, it's definitely worth to drive some extra miles! Merci beaucoup le France restaurant!

30/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice in one week. Both times the food was delicious and expertly prepared, accompanied by excellent, attentive service. We'd gladly return. Reservations recommended.

22/07/2026: Impossible to book a dinner reservation, no answer on the phone, no answering machine... door closed during opening hours... is this still a restaurant???? No information sign....

30/05/2026: We booked a stay for the end of June at the beginning of May. Three weeks before our arrival, our reservation was cancelled due to a simple "technical problem," without any further explanation or proposed solution. This late cancellation puts us in a difficult situation, as our entire weekend was already planned around this stay. We are disappointed by the lack of information and support regarding this issue. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we would have appreciated greater transparency and assistance in finding an alternative.

02/08/2026: The food was very good. We had a shrimp appetizer, then mussels, and everything was excellent. However, the service was unfortunately lacking. It took us almost two hours for a meal consisting of just an appetizer and a main course. Furthermore, we had to ask for the wine we ordered twice, and it finally arrived after we had already eaten half our meal. Because of this wait, we skipped dessert. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserved faster and more attentive service.

01/08/2026: Excellent place! We came today for a family reunion (large table of 11 adults, 2 toddlers, and 3 babies). Everything went very well: top-notch service and food, incredibly fast service. The staff is attentive and very efficient.

14/07/2026: Honestly, it's a very friendly and welcoming place. I've been there several times, both for a meal and on match days when the atmosphere is really lively. The food is excellent, and it's the perfect spot before a game or for lunch. It's a proper brasserie; I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: Second visit to the restaurant and the verdict is clear: acceptable but a bit pricey. The "Salade Océane" was rather lacking in ingredients other than lettuce; I've been going there for two years. The daily special, for the second time, was a rather fatty piece of beef with frozen fries. Still not convinced! The noise level inside is unbearable! You really need to be able to eat outside. Fortunately, the staff is lovely and the view of the Oise River is magnificent.

26/05/2026: A beautiful shaded terrace in the prettiest village in the area. Fabulous food (especially seafood) and friendly attentive service. Thank you! From my ten year old daughter- The starters were very yummy and the same with the main course, I would highly recommend coming here. I can’t help but think how incredibly hard it must be to run a business like this. The staff were also incredibly kind and I hope to come back soon.
