26/07/2026: Went for brunch and the food was genuinely great – would come back for that alone. Coffee was fine, nothing special, just a solid cup. Unfortunately the service brought the experience down: our waitress was curt and seemed annoyed by basic requests... Nothing dramatic, just an unwelcoming vibe that took the shine off an otherwise good meal. Food quality is there; hoping it was an off day for the staff.

15/04/2026: I drove past this place two years ago, and made a mental note to visit. Drove past it last weekend and fulfilled my wish. After many years in France, and many fish and chips meals, this is the BEST I've ever had here. Simple decor but with food like this, you don't need extravagant soundings. Estelle and Ben were really friendly and a joy to meet. My kids and I had fish and chips obviously and were not disappointed. The only place I have been to, offering both brown sauce AND malt vinegar as condiments! A true rarity. My partner (Normandy origins) was very happy with a burger topped with camembert. Finished the meal with a sticky toffee pudding, again a joy and rarity to have. If your British and want a true taste of home, stop by here. 30/07/2026: A flawless dinner! Seated on the magnificent rooftop terrace, we had a wonderful time together with our little boy. The dishes were delicious, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. Special mention goes to the impeccable service and the menu, which offered excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back; thank you to the team!

18/07/2026: I've been coming to the Vaucluse region on holiday with my wife for the past four years. I knew the restaurant and the owners before, thanks to my grandparents. Even though there's a bit of a wait for a large table, I give this restaurant 5 stars! Because the quality-price ratio is unbeatable! Even if there are some issues for some people, if you're not satisfied, go somewhere else. It would also require some goodwill from everyone and not having to call two hours in advance for a large table. Try that at another restaurant and you'll get the same treatment! The human body can withstand a lot of heat and stress, but the people at this restaurant work two shifts (lunch/dinner) every day, five and a half days a week. They're not supermen either. I'd like to see you try it out in their shoes and see if you could manage that many shifts and that many years, or if you'd close down after two years because it's too hard… It's easy to criticize, but try it yourself! If you come to a restaurant, it's partly because you don't want to eat a sandwich or a simple meal at home…! Or go to McDonald's…. So I say THANK YOU to these people for cooking us quality food with fresh ingredients, not processed stuff.

28/06/2026: I was very disappointed with the fried food; it wasn't crispy at all, it was dry, hard, and tasteless. I think it was prepared the day before, just like the dry gratin dauphinois. You had to search for the cream, and don't even get me started on the cheese on top—the crust was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. The fried food itself was probably from the day before. The lentil terrine was excellent, as was the honey dessert. The waitresses were very friendly and quick.

09/04/2026: We had a fantastic experience at L'Or Bleu with the six-course menu. From start to finish, everything was refined and beautifully prepared. Many thanks also to the attentive waitstaff and the sommelier for their excellent recommendations. And thank you to the chef and his team for accommodating our dietary needs, which we had informed them of in advance. We highly recommend it.

11/08/2026: The service was far too slow for my liking; we had to wait about an hour and fifteen minutes for our main course 🫤!!! The food itself was good, both the pike-perch and the eel 👍!!

09/08/2026: Today, Sunday, at 5:00 PM, it's closed without explanation. They're afraid of customers.

22/08/2026: The €21 set menu was really limited; the starter and dessert were extremely simple. We ate outside and consequently felt abandoned after an hour's wait between courses. They even brought us desserts before we'd received our main courses, so we had to wait even longer. Then, an hour later, the desserts weren't even the right ones... Poor organization. It's a shame because the wait was pleasant, but far too long.
