24/04/2026: We came as a family during the kite festival, and all the restaurants were packed. The waiter kindly arranged our table for nine on the terrace, but we had a wonderful time. The food was simple but good, excellent value for money, and the sunny terrace was lovely. The waiters were very friendly and attentive! I highly recommend it!

14/04/2026: I want to apologize for yesterday. I was the one singing on the terrace, and I apologize if the songs were disturbing. The bartenders weren't responsible and asked us several times to stop, which we didn't. They did their job very well; it's simply that we didn't respect their requests.

13/04/2026: I just left that bar and I'll never be seen there again, even though I'm a regular. On the terrace, a group of 8 to 10 people started chanting homophobic songs, eventually singing "Marc Dutrou is innocent, the liars are the children," and "the children under the terrace and the woman under the terrace," referring to Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès. A waiter from the bar was singing with them. We reported this to the other waiters, but they weren't bothered and didn't ask them to leave.

30/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at L’Albatros! The setting is magnificent, the food is delicious with high-quality ingredients, and each dish was as beautiful as it was tasty. A huge thank you to Laura for her professionalism, kindness, and smile. She took excellent care of us from beginning to end, always available, attentive, and offering great advice. Her warm welcome and exceptional service greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

29/06/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. Fortunately, the servers were very kind, smiling, and did their best to provide good service despite the circumstances. However, the atmosphere was truly unpleasant. The owners constantly stood outside the restaurant, staring at the employees and monitoring their every move. This constant surveillance made the employees uncomfortable, and it showed. Finally, the owners handled the payments themselves, which didn't exactly encourage tipping, as there was no guarantee it would actually go to the servers who had provided the service. It's a real shame, because the staff deserved to be valued more than working in such an atmosphere.

10/06/2026: Good traditional Alsatian cuisine. Attentive service. I really enjoyed the sauerkraut. Be aware of the smell in the entrance coming from the downstairs restrooms. Perhaps a door would be helpful?

05/06/2026: Very nice and friendly, but slightly old hotel, the room was decent, with a brand new toilet. The reception was super kind and helpful, the localisation perfect just next to the old centre. A super nice surprise for us was the great hotel restaurant, which was really crowded in the evening both by hotel guests and people from the outside. The breakfast was tasty, rich and made of quality products. Fully recommend 😊

19/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant this weekend, and I'm very happy with it. A truly wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and a huge thank you to our waitress, Leslie, who took such good care of us: smiling, attentive, and very professional from beginning to end. It's such a pleasure to encounter someone so dedicated and genuine. You can tell she loves her job, and that makes all the difference. This restaurant is a real gem. A special mention for their homemade desserts, which are absolutely divine. A big congratulations to this restaurant and thank you to the whole team.

17/05/2026: We waited at least 20 minutes to place our order and then another 40 minutes for our food. All that for food that was truly awful, and considering the price, it's completely unacceptable. The sauce was far too spicy, even for adults, the hamburger was dry, and the burger bun was impossible to cut. There was no cheddar cheese, not even dressing for the salad, and the chicken breading wasn't crispy. The service was cold, and the waitresses chatted for ages while we waited to order. We used to go there often, and it was very good, but now it's really bad. We'll never go back.
