29/06/2026: We went with colleagues, 11 of us, with a reservation on the terrace. The welcome was fantastic, the waitress very friendly and attentive. Then, the manager, Pascal, brought us the menus with explanations of the dishes and a presentation of the daily specials, which is a real sign of quality and professionalism. Honestly, I had the house-smoked salmon: excellent, probably the best I've ever had. Then the hanger steak with fries, cauliflower, and béarnaise sauce: perfectly cooked and very tender meat. For dessert, the Bounty-style chocolate mousse was amazing. All the appetizers, main courses, and desserts are hearty and generous: you leave feeling truly satisfied. My colleagues also ordered various dishes: homemade guacamole, melon and ham, house-smoked salmon, pork loin with chorizo, seafood salad, chicken pyramid with chorizo, sea bream, as well as several desserts like tiramisu, vacherin, etc. Excellent overall experience, I highly recommend it!

14/05/2026: Update to my previous review. I mentioned the noise that made conversation difficult. This time, there was no noise at all; the music was discreet enough to allow us to hear other diners' conversations. We had a very good meal. For starters, we had an excellent grandmother's terrine, which we enjoyed without bread—it was delicious on its own. For the main course, we had pulled pork, slow-cooked to make it incredibly tender. The meat melted in our mouths, and the vegetables were excellent. And for dessert, a brownie. Everything was perfect.

23/04/2026: A wonderful meal on Saturday, served with a smile. Simple cuisine that blends traditional, home-style cooking with a youthful touch, featuring fresh grilled fish. 04/05/2026: Experience from August 2022, an incredible spot 😍 It's simply a tasting of stuffed clams and oysters with a small glass of wine on the balcony; the view and setting are magnificent, and it's a bit of a walk to get there 😋

19/03/2026: The area around this establishment is extremely problematic, despite being bordered by a public footpath. During our hike on the GR34, the dog belonging to my companion, though on a leash, was attacked by several unleashed dogs from the area. One of them became aggressive and bit the dog repeatedly. The most shocking aspect was the complete lack of supervision and response. Allowing so many dogs to roam freely in direct contact with a public path is irresponsible. I shudder to think what would have happened if a child had been in the path of all these unsupervised dogs. This incident was enough to convince us of one thing: we won't be coming back to enjoy oysters here anytime soon. When basic safety around an establishment seems so neglected, it makes you never want to stop.

29/04/2026: At Pont de Pointe, stop to admire the potholes from the pontoon. It's certainly a quick visit, but well worth the look.

06/07/2026: Compared to El Bulli, it's a 2. It's more like a staged mass than good food. How the dish is prepared is more important than the dish itself. That's the problem with Michelin stars: they reward the "how" and not the "what." Some courses were good, others definitely weren't. There wasn't a single dish I wanted to eat again, something I don't experience with the 44 courses at El Bulli, where I dream of trying at least half of them again. On the other hand, the price is high; it's clear they're targeting a clientele that doesn't know how to eat but knows how to pay. The receptionists are focused on pushing champagne or wine on you. I went wanting to try Mirazur because the chef is Argentinian and his work is highly praised. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

02/12/2025: What can I say? The food was reasonably good, the service pleasant, the waiter was friendly despite his lack of formal training, and the dining room was empty while the other restaurants on the square were full. The value for money was definitely lacking. Two things really disappointed us. First, I asked the waiter what vegetables were in my dish, and he couldn't tell me. When we came back, we learned that the chef had gone home, and the waiter explained that the kitchen assistant was running the show. Second, we were refused an upgrade to a higher-priced menu because, and I quote, the waiter said, "I ask at the beginning because I don't know how to upgrade the menu when the bill arrives." So we ended up paying full price for a starter/main course plus dessert, even though a three-course menu (starter/main/dessert) was available. This is the first time this has ever happened to us.
