14/09/2026: Beautiful restaurant, clean, nice restrooms, perfect food, beautiful wines, perfect value for money! Best in Selestat. We had sheep cheese croquettes, perfect, my wife's melon was also perfect, not to mention the main courses! This was more than perfect!

11/10/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant as a family. The setting is beautiful, the food is delicious, but the service was rather slow. We had to ask the servers several times to come over to place our order. The protective panel on the terrace was broken next to our table, which made lunch very windy. It would have been appreciated if they had warned us about this upon arrival so we could potentially move to another table.

12/04/2026: on our return to the uk, we changed our stopover location and were thankful to stay at le saint hubert, a family run establishment. location is ideal, next to the aube river, quiet, peaceful. the rooms are spacious, well equipped and offer the needed comfort. the town is worth seeing too, nice walk along the river, local boulangerie near by and a local town market on friday mornings service wise, we felt welcomed from the moment we set foot into the premises. the restaurant is also a must try, the food is homemade, of great quality/taste with local produce. a special thanks to “bob”, the home mascotte. this was our first experience at le saint hubert and we will definitely book again

19/11/2025: I stopped there on the road without a reservation, and luckily there was a table available (it was a Wednesday at lunchtime). A very warm welcome, excellent service, and delicious food: deviled egg; 5A andouillette sausage with mashed potatoes; lime cheesecake 👍🏼 I highly recommend it.

30/06/2026: The room was pleasant, bright, and cozy. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The option to arrive at night is a real plus. Breakfast is worth the price and is served even on holidays! A great find!
