The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the town hall, ideal for an outing in town. The setting is both elegant and warm, with careful decoration. The dishes are refined, tasty and well presented, offering a nice variety. The service is pleasant and professional, contributing to a very positive experience. An excellent choice for a pleasant meal in a pleasant and central setting. I highly recommend!

10/11/2024: Une déco originale avec des tableaux de chanteurs pop et un accueil aux petits oignons. Les collègues se sont régales avec des hamburgers géants et moi j'ai pris une assiette végétarienne servie dans deux tajines. Une vraie bonne surprise car le menu n'annoncait que de la viande... Quant au dessert, j'ai craqué pour une brioche perdue, un nuage tout ce qu'il faut pour s'envoler ! Un grand merci!

26/09/2024: Les pointus ( coquillages ) étaient vides , on nous les a remplacé par des bulots dont la moitié était vide également.
Les couteaux étaient plein de sable , tout desséchés et ne goûtaient pas le frais .
La rouille de poulpe servie à moitié tiède .

Hier gab es das schlechteste Essen unserer Reise.
Ich hatte eine geschmacklose Mehlpampe, in die ein paar Kartoffeln und Tintenfischstücke geworfen waren. Letzter hatten keine Chance, ihr Aroma zu entfalten. Die Pampe hat alles platt gemacht. Danach war mir bis zum nächsten Morgen schlecht.
Das andere war ein ebenfalls geschmackloses Doradenfilet.
Dazu gab es ein warmes Bier. Auf meiner Bitte nach Eiswürfeln wurden diese miesepetrig auf dem Tisch geknallt.
Auf Nachtisch und Kaffee haben wir dann verzichtet.

03/09/2024: Le lieu est agréable, les serveurs et sérveuses sont très sympa, mais nous avons été très déçus par la cuisine. C'est original mais sans saveur, et c'est dommage.
De plus, c'est l'enfer pour se garer...

14/08/2024: Very relaxing boat tour on the canals although a little short for my taste and with few explanations from our guide (but certainly different from others according to what we heard afterwards while taking the walk on foot). along the canals)
However, you must book at least 1/2 day in advance.
Another thing: bad point for the municipality of Amiens: provide change for the parking meters if, in person supposed to fear electronic thefts, you have refused the "contactless" of your bank card :-(
13/08/2024: Tested by chance one lunchtime, this family restaurant is run by charming people. Simple but good French cuisine. Starter/main course/dessert lunch menu at €18.90, very good value for money. Perhaps just lack of a vegetarian option in the daily specials.
Obviously a landmark for regulars, important to maintain the link. Best wishes !

06/07/2025: Yesterday I ate pizza. A month ago, I ate fish. The fish is fresh and delicious. The four-cheese pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten. The tiramisu was perfect.
01/07/2025: We've been here for two days now, and it was very nice. We spent the day on the loungers (€2 x 10) in front of the restaurant and ate lunch here each time. Mussels, carpaccio, pizza... everything was delicious and reasonably priced.
The service is very friendly and cheerful.
It's also ideal for ordering a cold drink during the day. The restrooms are also excellent. Really great for a beach location.

03/01/2025: I recently had the opportunity to stay at a lovely two-star hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Despite its category, the hotel stands out for its customer service and comfort, offering a warm and pleasant stay.
The rooms are simple but well maintained, with the essentials to rest comfortably. The cleanliness was impeccable, and although there were no frills, the details were well thought out: a comfortable bed, good lighting and enough space to move around.
Excellent location and services.

Poor service.
This restaurant doesn't change the knives during the whole meal, you cut the meat with a knife that was used for the fish...
It's not worthy of a Michelin star with a menu costing €79.

Everything is perfect the service the friendliness of the staff very good advice in terms of wine and the cuisine is just divine surprising remarkable full of research and surprise just like the mini surprise the advantage is that you don't have to choose the menu is unique, in short, I love it and I will return with pleasure 😉

19/07/2024: We came here following a recent newspaper article. The boss is at the service, the boss in the kitchen. The service is excellent, smiling and attentive. The daily menu, duck mousse, rump steak and fries with pepper sauce, Nutella ice cream, for a more than fair price. The setting is pleasant and spacious, the meal served was good. I would recommend stopping there if you are in the Waldhouse area.
