09/03/2026: A wonderful rediscovery of La Bournerie, which we first knew many years ago. The setting is still as charming as ever, as is the comfortable room. The owners are very welcoming, the whole team is fantastic, and the meals are generous and delicious. (Those stairs certainly help keep us in shape!) We will definitely be back!

03/03/2026: The overall quality of service was deplorable! Food service: no consideration for allergies or dietary restrictions, inconceivable food combinations... And to top it all off, the use of security cameras was highly questionable! A quick inspection by the DGAL (French Directorate General for Food) and the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) would be very helpful.

14/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. Open kitchen, everything is homemade. Very warm welcome and service. Superb craft beer. We had the excellent and very generous homemade cassoulet, as well as the linguine with seared scallops – a real treat. Not forgetting the homemade dessert; my apple crumble was absolutely fantastic. If you're passing through Saissac on holiday or are from the Montagne Noire region, this is a culinary address not to be missed. We'll be back!

05/03/2026: Efficient and prompt service, the dishes are very good and made with fresh ingredients. However, the bill is steep for a restaurant in the countryside: you can start finding restaurants in the Aude region with Parisian prices, it's ridiculous...

I never would have thought that mashed potatoes could evoke such emotion. How wonderful it is to rediscover the carefree spirit of childhood for a moment, with an adult mindset that allows you to savor every instant. A gentle intensity.

16/01/2026: In reality, it's more of an all-you-can-eat cafeteria than a proper restaurant. The food is very simple, but decent, and above all, very affordable. Drinks are also reasonably priced. The main drawback is that you have to take a plate and serve yourself, with no table service, which reinforces the cafeteria concept more than the restaurant concept.

25/12/2025: We ordered our Christmas Eve menus and we weren't disappointed at all. It was a delight from the appetizer to the meal, and a big thank you for the little gifts you included! I highly recommend this restaurant as we have never been disappointed and the food is excellent.

15/03/2026: The hotel is perfectly located for a charming stopover along the A4 motorway. The food and service were excellent, and the room was spotless. The surroundings are beautiful.

11/03/2026: We had a wonderful, short stay. The staff were very friendly, especially Stephanie, who served us a great breakfast. We would love to come back. With such beautiful scenery, the only things missing for a longer stay are a pool and a sauna.

07/03/2026: A superb discovery! The menu is so long and tempting, it's hard to know what to choose. There are, of course, all the classic favorites, but also some more original creations to discover. It's simply delicious. The pastry is perfectly crispy for the galettes, and the filling is divine... In short, run there, it's pure bliss!
