08/03/2026: We were trying the brunch for the first time. We were hesitant after reading some reviews... and we're so glad we booked and trusted our past experiences at this establishment. The brunch is a delicious and generous meal at €30, with a sweet and savory buffet, eggs, and five hot dishes to choose from, along with unlimited hot drinks and fruit juice. I highly recommend it. A nice touch on International Women's Day: the ladies left with a lovely rose. A pleasant and welcoming Sunday brunch, just the way we like it.

20/02/2026: Disappointed by the gourmet coffee, the apple tart was soggy and undercooked, and the panna cotta was too acidic. Unacceptable at this price, and unprofessional as the service should have checked everything before serving.

15/02/2026: We decided to spend Valentine's Day at the Auberge de Launay. Franck gave us a superb welcome and prepared a lovely menu for our romantic evening. Kindness, smiles, and professionalism were all present. We would gladly return.

Breakfast was more than adequate, and the evening meal was very good. Excellent value for money. Perfect for visiting some of the Loire Valley châteaux. All the best. Yes, this isn't a snack bar or run-of-the-mill restaurant, but anyone who goes here will get delicious food and excellent wine. Nevertheless, the prices are outrageously high, especially for a glass of wine, for example.
