16/08/2026: Small order of apple juice, the juice was fine, it's a shame that the 3 interactions with the staff were really forgettable and in a questionable mood, but well, with the crowds in the area, it's certainly human to have moments of fatigue or weariness.

16/08/2026: The setting was lovely, but I ordered a waffle and received a Liège waffle instead, which wasn't specified on the menu. It was very dry, which was a shame.

22/08/2026: I wanted to give Dialla a very positive review. She is a highly professional person, always smiling, welcoming, and attentive to clients. She knows how to handle situations calmly and efficiently, while also fostering a great atmosphere within the team. 👏

21/08/2026: I regularly order from Uber Eats and I've never eaten such tender meat. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

20/08/2026: After waiting over an hour and a quarter for a burger that wasn't cooked through as requested because my health condition prevented me from eating it any other way, I received a rare burger. I asked for it to be cooked longer, and then the burger returned after 15 minutes, completely ruined and bleeding, with dry, tasteless fries. We arrived hoping for dessert, but seeing the wait of the people next to us, we left hungry and very disappointed.

15/08/2026: Short version: We came last week. Reservation for 7:30 pm. At 9:40 pm, we still hadn't received our food and left. I flagged down a waitress to suggest we'd probably been forgotten. She went to check, but didn't come back. A man then came to tell us it should arrive in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, still nothing. We went to pay for our drinks and left. We were charged individually for each drink. I would never in my life have ordered an €18 appetizer (we only ordered it because it was included in the €39 set menu we had chosen). No compensation was offered. The man who took our payment called over a waitress and told her to tell the kitchen not to start preparing the main course because we were leaving, which means it probably wasn't even cooking yet. Shameful. Paying €50 for a beer, a non-alcoholic cocktail, and two measly appetizers. Pathetic. Keep walking.

29/07/2026: So-so... Okay, but nothing special, nothing particularly unique. This isn't the place that will leave you with unforgettable memories of your visit to Lens. The cooks, who work in an open kitchen overlooking the dining area, weren't wearing hairnets. A minor detail, but a shame, we won't be back. The waitress was nice enough, but that's not enough.

The food is entirely homemade, using high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. A truly excellent place that we highly recommend. They all accommodating our many requests, such as eating slowly or managing several food allergies. We received a very warm welcome. The menu selection is varied, with something for everyone. The wine list is also very comprehensive, and we received valuable advice on choosing the perfect wine to complement our dishes. The service was impeccable, and we enjoyed being able to see into the kitchen. Everyone was delighted with their meal. Thank you to the entire team who took such good care of us.

15/08/2026: After searching unsuccessfully for a restaurant for quite some time, we found this lovely place on the beach. The outdoor seating is fantastic, and the service is very friendly. They offer a wide variety of dishes, from pasta to fish. I particularly enjoyed the "Welsh rabbit" dish – it was absolutely delicious. The drinks selection is also excellent, especially the Aperol. We'll definitely be back.

15/07/2026: Excellent crêperie. Be sure to reserve a table on the terrace, as it's very charming. The service is impeccable. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and very reasonably priced for the location. We recommend the aperitif with real marinated strawberries—a delight! We had a wonderful time.

06/08/2026: We had booked three days in advance, yet... Upon arrival, they had the wrong name and seated us in a very windy spot even though the restaurant was empty. They refused to move us to another table. In short, they weren't very friendly or customer-oriented, and we were right to be disappointed. We highly recommend La Pergola restaurant; everything was perfect.

27/07/2026: We came for coffee and are still waiting for the carafe of water. Furthermore, when we asked for the bill, no one came. We waited a long time, and then when we got up to pay, a waiter panicked, thinking we were going to leave without paying. In short, it's lucky we weren't there to eat...

26/07/2026: Very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. A salad and a Camembert galette, both very generous portions and reasonably priced for a tourist area (around €17). Very friendly service. Lovely, airy location on the square. I recommend it and we will stop there again on our next visit to the village of Le Castellet.
