17/12/2024: Very disappointed. I attended Les Flots for a few years. Last night, a decent welcome, nothing more, bad atmosphere between the staff, unsmiling or even unpleasant servers. An ultra fast and not adjusted service: no request for an aperitif, no bread, no attention to the wine: we had to ask for all of that. A waiter who transfers the bottom of a bottle into another in full service, in full view of the customers. Payment to a server without attention or correction: not a word. Not a goodbye. Fortunately the cuisine is good without being up to what we experienced. Disappointment and no desire to come back.

16/12/2024: Salle chaleureuse et excellent accueil. Service sérieux et bien rythmé. Les mets nous ont ont procuré de l'étonnement et satisfaction à la dégustation. Notamment le tartare de Salers et Huîtres. Plus réservé sur le Rocher en dessert, rien de très original au plan de l'aspect et de la composition. Bon tout de même, mais sans plus !

18/01/2025: If I had to recommend a restaurant in Villefranche it would be La Chapelle. This place offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. The service is of impeccable quality. The waitresses are attentive, with particular knowledge of their ranges (wines, cocktails, menu, etc.). From reception, to order taking until payment, we feel their professionalism and kindness. Cooking is a treat! It respects the seasons which is a real plus. Everything is perfect, the flavor combinations, the presentation and the cooking. We feel the love of cooking from appetizers to dessert where Homemade is the key word. Well done to the whole team, thank you for this time spent with you. I will come back!

16/01/2025: The place is nice, the decoration is nice, the waitresses are pleasant, they were able to adapt my dish with the cook so that I didn't have onions (allergy). The dishes are very good! I took away a star because some dauphine potatoes were overcooked for my friends and the lemon baba was too consistent and dry, once re-cut and left to soak, it was better but we expected a better biscuit.

19/12/2024: Superb visit to the castle in its Christmas clothes. The team in charge of the decoration is brilliant and allows us to dream.

19/12/2024: Magnificent castle to visit, I highly recommend it, it is classified as a UNESCO monument and we know why when we visit the price is worth the visit I went there during the Christmas holidays, and it was truly magnificent. Very little waiting to buy tickets and self-service terminals are available

17/01/2025: I wanted to share with you my opinion on our recent invitation to the restaurant La Bergerie, organized by our mother-in-law last Sunday. At first glance, I expected traditional local cuisine, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The warm welcome from the management and the professionalism of the young waitresses immediately created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the exceptional quality of the dishes. As a former chef, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that dare to think outside the box and highlight the freshness and quality of the products. La Bergerie was able to meet all my expectations. Each dish was a true festival of flavors, with surprising but perfectly mastered combinations. I would also like to point out that this high-level taste experience was offered at a very reasonable price. It's quite rare these days to find such value for money in a gourmet restaurant. In summary, La Bergerie is a true hidden gem. I strongly encourage you to go there with your eyes closed. You will not be disappointed, quite the contrary. Let yourself be carried away by an exceptional culinary journey where each bite is a discovery of new flavors. Bon appetit to all and see you soon for new gastronomic adventures

11/11/2025: A fantastic atmosphere in this mountain restaurant with a fireplace right in the center. So cozy when the fire is lit! The large tables encourage sharing and friendship! On the menu are raclette or fondue for the more traditional options, but you can also find wild boar stew or scallop risotto! A beautiful charcuterie platter is served with the fondue. The service is impeccable, with plenty of smiles. They'll even bring you seconds if they're feeling nice! Starters, main courses, and desserts are all meant to be shared, and wines are included for 40 euros per person. It was well worth it!
