22/07/2026: My girlfriend and I came last night and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, from the daily special to the dessert, including the glass of wine that perfectly complemented the meal. The ingredients were high quality, the dishes delicious, and the service impeccable. A special mention goes to our waiter, I believe his name was Adil, if I'm not mistaken: very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the meal. The only slight drawback was the somewhat limited space between the tables on the terrace. However, this is understandable given the limited space in Paris, and it didn't spoil our experience. An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

19/07/2026: Deliciously inventive cuisine, attentive yet unobtrusive service, a charmingly rustic terrace... everything was perfectly in its place, and the dishes served, from the amuse-bouches to the petits fours, were a feast for the eyes and the palate! A huge congratulations to the chef and his wife for their consistent excellence, as this establishment, we were told, has been around for 25 years. We will return to the Gers region, and we will certainly return to the Auberge du Prieuré. Gaël & Antony

05/04/2026: The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, extremely disrespectful, and demeaning. He showed a lack of respect for Spain and spoke to us with an air of superiority. It's a shame. We called ahead of time precisely out of respect, to let them know that traffic would delay us a few minutes and to ask if there was any possibility of arriving a little later. A polite response would have been simply to say that it wasn't possible. Instead, we received an unnecessary lecture about how "this isn't Spain," delivered in a clearly contemptuous tone. As for his sarcastic comment about whether I "represent Spain," I think it completely misses the point. No one was talking about representing any country. I was talking about basic respect for a customer who was calling politely to inform them of a delay. I hung up because the conversation stopped being an explanation and turned into a reprimand. Customers call to inquire or give notice, not to be treated with superiority. His response here, with the same sarcastic tone, confirms exactly the attitude I mentioned in my initial review. It's a real shame, because hospitality is also part of the service.

11/07/2026: First experience at La Ciboulette restaurant in La Norville on Friday, July 10th, and what a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from beginning to end. As for the food, it was a real treat: flavorful, well-executed dishes, perfectly balanced. The seasoning was expertly managed, and the flavors were spot-on without being overpowering. You could taste the fresh, seasonal ingredients, showcased beautifully. A minor drawback (personal opinion): the rather strong presence of sweet and savory combinations on the menu. This didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our meal and having a truly wonderful culinary experience. Overall, though, a truly fantastic restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend. We loved it and will definitely be back! Congratulations to the entire Ciboulette team for their hard work.

02/07/2026: After hearing so many positive things from our friends and family, we wanted to try it out and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything offered, from appetizers to dessert 🩷🫶🏻 Our best discovery was the rhubarb cocktail, bursting with flavor yet incredibly smooth. We spent €80 per person, treating ourselves: appetizers, starters, main courses, a glass of wine, dessert, and coffee. Some might say it's too expensive, but for now, it's perhaps the best place around, and I'll definitely be back 🥰

02/08/2026: I had read terrific reviews about this restaurant and so I was excited to go. Unfortunately, for us the experience did not live up to the reviews. We started our meal with the salade exotique, which is a salad of greens, tomato, shrimp, mussels and avocado. Unfortunately instead of mussels, we were treated to smashed tinned sardine. The salad was very small (3 shrimp, a handful of greens) and cost €13.50. Next we had the poulet mafre, A chicken leg in a savory gravy. The chicken was very tasty, to be sure. It was perhaps the best item of what we ate there. The plate had a chicken leg quarter, a few pieces of fried plantain, some rice, and a very small portion of vegetables. €19.50. For dessert, we ordered what was billed as an exotic fruit cup. What came was a small cup of fruit with a few pieces of mango, strawberry, kiwi and banana, and some fruit jam on it. €9.50. While we really enjoyed the chicken dish, I just felt that the quantities and qualities did not justify the price. Had the meal cost 20% less, I would have given this four stars.

31/07/2026: Brigitte Mollin Public post on Google Rooms Service Location I've been coming to this hotel for over 15 years, especially for the piano festival, at the Logis Hôtel Le Mas de Jossyl. It's ideally located near the Parc de Florans. This year, there were some surprises: a beautiful renovation of the restaurant, a new chef—everything was perfect. A special thank you to the service staff, who are very helpful and lovely. Congratulations to the two managers, and please give a big kiss to Sylvie and José, who are the founders of this establishment. Brigitte.

27/07/2026: Excellent stay thanks to the general manager, his deputy, his chef, and the entire team. All were lovely, very attentive, and provided personalized care for each guest.
