05/12/2024: Excellent cuisine, full of creativity and incredible flavors. The service is very pleasant: smiling, efficient, friendly. Each dish is explained which is very appreciated given the multiple and original ingredients. There were 5 of us, some took the Omnivore menu, others the Amour Végétal menu: we all enjoyed it and what's more, it's very digestible. CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team.

05/12/2024: Excellente cuisine, pleine de créativité et de saveurs incroyables. Le service est très agréable : souriant, efficace, sympathique. Chaque plat est expliqué ce qui est très apprécié compte-tenu des ingrédients multiples et originaux. On était 5, certains ont pris le menu Omnivore, d'autres le menu Amour Végétal : on s'est tous régalé et en plus c'est très digeste. BRAVO à toute l'équipe du FIEF !

18/10/2025: Tradition is played to the fullest: the interior and exterior architecture, the decor, the service, and the cuisine. Except that for the cuisine, tradition should be respected a little better, for example by using real cheese in the cordon bleu and not a flavorless, ready-to-melt industrial cheese, and by cooking the meat properly to avoid it being so dry. This is all the more frustrating since the cordon bleu is one of the "must-haves" on the menu. The onion purée tart is good for those who like this recipe (which is not my case), but it's because of it that I'm not giving it a 1. In short, we are very, very disappointed. I would add that the dining room is particularly noisy; my husband and I would have liked to know sign language to communicate.

07/12/2025: It's always a great pleasure to visit this beautiful and inviting place, both in summer and winter, to enjoy the creative and refined dishes that delight us with their presentation and flavors. Our server was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. A truly wonderful place.

The aperitif I was served first and I immediately took the glass back to give it to the person in front of me which may seem stupid to some, but he always served the woman first and despite everything he continued throughout...........the values, the principles, were lost , I continue......and I transmitted......to you also do it. 09/07/2025: We had a wonderful time in this typical but not overrated Lyonnais bouchon. The waiters were attentive, the food was excellent, and the chef was very friendly. We'll be back next time we're in Lyon. I highly recommend it.
