What more could you ask for?

A big thank you to the servers, who were absolutely fantastic: welcoming, attentive, smiling, and very professional. Their kindness greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. We will gladly return!

Every time I visit my son in Lasbordes, I make sure to stop by Étienne's before heading back to the Landes region.
I recommend it 1000%! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and the menu is simply superb.
The cassoulet is a true delight for the taste buds.

17/05/2026: We tried to find something negative, but we couldn't: a true delight for the taste buds from the appetizer to the dessert of the tasting menu. Impeccable service, a refined atmosphere perfectly reflecting the restaurant. A very good sommelier. We'll be back to try the terrace.

The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the whole team was amazing!! Dogs are also very welcome (we always apologize to the waiter who got scolded by our dog for no apparent reason 😂). We recommend this place 100% and hope to return soon ❤️

The restaurant is excellent, offering high-quality local produce. The hotel is very clean and has everything you could need. The establishment is run by a couple dedicated to their guests. We will return and recommend this establishment.
