17/12/2024: This was my first time staying in a group dorm, and overall I had a lovely experience. The accommodation was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful - I am extremely grateful for the bartender who gave me some ice wrapped in teatowels when I slipped in the shower and ended up bruising my knee. You can also get a gorgeous view of Paris from the rooftop garden, which I imagine must be even more stunning in the warmer months. However, I feel like I do need to remove one star due to safety reasons. I happened to be downstairs at around 2am one night (I was reading on one of the sofas as I couldn't sleep) when I saw two women struggle to get in to the hostel as there was no one at reception (the entrance is locked at night). The staff member on reception duty did not return for at least another 20 minutes. This is a major concern for me - being stuck outside the hostel so late at night with no one there to let you in is a terrifying thought, especially for young women travelling alone. I have raised this concern to two members of staff and I was told that they hope to implement a card reader device at the entrance so that guests can let themselves in when the entrance is locked at night. I hope this issue is handled in the not too distant future as I would really love to stay here again.

28/11/2025: We had a fantastic family evening at the perfectly designed restaurant bus. The place has incredible charm: a cozy atmosphere, an original concept, and a warm welcome—you step on board and immediately know you're in the right place. The homemade burgers are simply top-notch: fresh buns, flavorful meat, generous portions… You can taste the real homemade quality, not the marketing hype. Even the sides are excellent: everything is well-executed, without a single flaw. In short, a truly unique concept and a team that knows its stuff. We highly recommend it: this bus doesn't just move forward… it takes off! 🚀🍔

15/01/2025: Warm place with paintings and a modern-style chandelier. 6-course menu to discover the world of chefs. Fine, seasonal cuisine that combines Belgium and the Mediterranean. I find that it lacks the little pep that would make it a unique cuisine. Important downside: allergic to nuts, indicated when booking and upon arrival, we had almonds (separate from the dish) and coconut (fortunately I am not allergic to coconut). Few parking spaces. PRM access outside and inside the establishment. We park in the PMR parking space, the boss asks us if we have the card. Very positive point for my part. THANKS

07/12/2025: Disappointed. We hadn't been for a while. We went back for a birthday and left hungry. Usually, when we go to this type of restaurant, we discuss the boldness of the flavor combinations, the perfect temperature, the beautiful presentation, that little something extra that makes it special… That wasn't the case this time. It wasn't bad, but nothing exceptional stood out. We ordered the six-course wine pairing menu. The service was subpar, starting with the owner, who constantly addressed us as "ladies and gentlemen" and spoke so loudly that we could barely hear the waiter describing the dishes. The wine glasses (three different ones) were poured exclusively by the owner, and the price difference between the first and third glasses was literally double. We have a good knowledge of Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, France, and Europe, and therefore I feel entitled to give my opinion (which was unanimous, by the way; there were four of us). In short, we won't be going back.

06/12/2025: A very pleasant surprise. Refined and delicious dishes, perfectly paired wines, everything is beautiful and bursts with flavor! A slight preference for the earthy dishes.

16/11/2024: Très déçue. En réunion de famille avec nos parents sourds, mélange de langue des signes et de conversations. C'était une belle occasion dont nous nous réjouissons tous. Pourtant, arrivant à la fin du service, le personnel nous a clairement fait sentir que nous les dérangions. Froids, voire très agacés, nous sentions bien que leur souhait était de vite nous voir partir. Quand je l'ai fait remarquer à la fin, la réponse était "effectivement, c'était compliqué, surtout que c'était la fin". La fin du service ne justifie pas l'impatience du personnel, surtout dans un restaurant qui se prétend de ce standing. Bref, n'y allez pas si vous ne recherchez pas un silence de cathédrale
