Truffle ravioli… a smell, a texture… delicious…
There were 5 of us and the whole table was won over by the cuisine.
05/08/2024: Everything is delicious, the staff is very attentive, and the dog is welcomed with a bowl of water. It's the best, I highly recommend it.

23/10/2024: Sans le connaître, j’ai réservé pour un évènements familial dans ce restaurant qui m’avait été recommandé par un ami.
Tout était parfait, plats excellents et raffinés. Salle indépendante très chaleureuse, service impeccable !
Je conseille fortement ce restaurant.
19/10/2024: Foie gras poêlé délicieux et filet de bœuf exceptionnel, ce restaurant est toujours aussi agréable. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus.

D'abord sceptique, je me suis laissé tenté par la spécialité au bœuf bourguignon.
Allez y les yeux fermés. C'est juste un régal
01/11/2024: Petit resto sympa avec une belle déco rétro qu’on a beaucoup aimé. Accueil souriant. On est venu ici tester les Croburger et vraiment nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le pain/croissant est super bon, bien beurré et se marie super bien avec les différentes garnitures choisies: bœuf bourguignon, œufs ou champignons. Le guacamole est également excellent, une belle texture et épicé comme il faut! On s’est régalés pour un rapport qualité/prix très correct.

30/12/2024: First time eating Indian cuisine and I'm really enjoying it because it's rare that I eat spicy food. But the flavor was there, it was a very good meal accompanied by pleasant service. We will come back with pleasure!

15/01/2025: Came because a voucher for two tasting menus was offered to us. Delicious food, congratulations to the chef! A little disappointed by the service, I had to ask twice for a carafe of still water. Atmosphere: beautiful decor, small, comfortable room and enough privacy between tables. Only downside: an extra garland of neon lights which dazzled my eyes.
All in all, an excellent experience, and it should also be noted that we came away well satisfied after a series of all the wonderful and original little dishes on the tasting menu. Go for it if you can afford it!

Good wines, great atmosphere... a true little neighborhood gem!
07/07/2025: I know this authentic bistro seems very busy at the end of the day. Through an acquaintance, I had made a reservation.
So the only problem, probably due to the lack of space in the bar and dining room, is the noise from the bar's patrons echoing into the table-service dining area, especially when people are leaning against the bar in part of the small corridor leading to the restaurant.
It's a shame there isn't a wine list, but probably because of the large number of bottles you can consume with your eyes. But a lovely evening.

02/09/2024: Very good restaurant, the service is fast and the manager is adorable, taking great care of the customers. We had beef skewers, the meat was succulent! If we come back to Saint Gilles, we will come back with pleasure.

The lady who served us was very cheerful and extremely friendly, even with our 5th guest who arrived at our table more than an hour late. 😅
We ate very well for very reasonable prices given the setting, quality and choice of cuisine. 🧑🍳
The ingredients are tasty, the chef cooks with the heart!
I recommend this place, it was a pleasure to have spent an evening there!

Lost in the rain on a bike ride with my friends, we had a wonderful time enjoying a very generous meal. A large buffet starter, a good selection of main courses, and a wide selection of desserts delighted us. And all this at a very affordable price.
A big congratulations to the team.

28/09/2024: In the center of Quillan. Very close to the Aude, very beautiful terrace when the sun shines and inside when the weather is uncertain...Refined cuisine and an equally refined presentation. Menu formula and diverse menu without being exaggerated. Democratic prices and generous plates.
Added to this is a warm welcome from the owner in the dining room and the owner in the kitchen...
Definitely worth a detour during your visit to Quillan...

16/09/2024: Cela fait la seconde fois que nous y allons ; et toujours avec une wonderbox offerte pour une occasion particuliere d une valeur de 75 euros pour2 personnes. Nous avons choisi le menu decouverte a 43 euros (x2) et pris une bouteille de 75 cl de vin blanc du mas de la dame la stele 2023 (fabuleux) a 30 euros. Total paye de notre poche 41 euros pour 2 personnes. Menu : amuses gueules, mises en bouche du chef, entree, plat, dessert, le tout avec des proportions tout a fait correcte avec une cuisine raffinee et innovatrice. Bravo au chef et au personnel sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cet etablissement.
