However, a major drawback was the cuts of beef we chose. They contained cartilage and excess fat; 10% of the cuts were wasted, which is regrettable. These undesirable elements would be acceptable if the dish were less expensive, but they were. No complaints about the desserts. To summarize, it's still a good restaurant, the staff is pleasant, but it remains excessive in terms of price: 115 euros for two people (two meals and a bottle of red wine). Mixed opinion.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the location is ideal, right in the heart of Nancy, making it a place you'll want to return to easily. A sure bet for sharing a good meal in a friendly atmosphere.

A waiter greeted us and seated us, and that's when the awkwardness began: crude, off-color jokes... We then waited 20 minutes without anything—no bottled water, no bread, and most importantly, no one came to take our order. A second waitress walked past our empty table several times without even saying hello. Yet the restaurant wasn't full. The food must be good, but the mediocrity and lack of professionalism in the dining room prevented us from knowing. After waiting for over 20 minutes, we left without having eaten. 👍 Absolutely avoid this place.

They have a captured clientele so can get away with average service as probably very few repeat customers. The restaurant manager needs to delegate to the junior staff and not try to do everything himself.

The advertised meal was a mixed grill, two sausages with a third of an andouillette, accompanied by a handful of fries, which were actually good. Dessert was a strawberry tart of questionable freshness (the strawberries were moldy). I had been strongly advised against this place, and I understand why. Even the service was lacking. And paying the bill was an epic experience.
