16/09/2026: Great restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The interior is also very cool, and the terrace is just as nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't get many customers because it's tucked away on a corner of the square. I recommend the lunch and dinner set menus, which are perfect and inexpensive. Absolutely delicious!

14/09/2026: We came as a group of six and received a very warm welcome from a smiling and friendly waitress. The meal was absolutely delicious with a beautiful presentation on the plate 😍. I highly recommend this restaurant 👍 we will definitely be back.

16/09/2026: A very well-located restaurant on the main square of Aigues-Mortes. We had the €26.90 set menu today. What a treat for the taste buds! Generous portions (mussels + bull stew + chocolate mousse), fresh and delicious food. Special mention to our lovely and smiling waiter and waitress, who were absolutely professional. Thank you for everything. (And thank you for my birthday candle and the little song!)

05/09/2026: Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the restaurant offers a wide selection, with a focus on winemakers and unconventional wines. We chose a Champagne Tarlant Rosé Zéro Brut Nature, a cuvée that perfectly embodies this philosophy. I recommend La Compagnie Saint Germain especially to those who want to drink something different, guided by a menu built around producers and not just the big houses. Elegant.

02/09/2026: A wonderful experience at this ideally located restaurant (right in the heart of Albi, yet not in the crowds). The food was absolutely delicious! A real treat! The servers were very friendly (we had to move tables due to the weather. Everything was handled with good humor and professionalism). There were four of us, and we were all delighted with our main courses and desserts. A truly memorable culinary experience! NB: There has been a change of ownership recently (which may explain some of the negative reviews before the change).
