21/06/2026: Dinner on the terrace under the plane trees with friends – the menu looked incredibly tempting, and the à la carte options were equally tempting: it was hard to choose! The service was quick but relaxed, the kitchen was efficient, and the dishes were truly well-crafted: presentation, seasoning, cooking, flavors – everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!!

01/06/2026: I have a very positive opinion of this establishment, which truly surprised me. The location is excellent, easily accessible with ample parking. The tables are very well arranged in the huge garden under the willow tree, with the same space available for large groups. The menu is very varied and includes the very original pork dish. The service is very attentive. In short, I have nothing but praise for this establishment, which I visited for the first time this past Sunday. A little tip: be sure to remember this, as I noticed it was fully booked despite the large number of seats available.

01/06/2026: An excellent little restaurant whose six-course menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are sophisticated, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The wine suggestions are anything but lazy: here, they don't just offer you bottles you find everywhere; there's a real effort put into sourcing them. The service is efficient and very professional. In short, one of the best bistronomic restaurants in Toulouse. Here's hoping for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

Super friendly service... last night we had dinner together (but professionally) superb salad with exquisite flavor the bread was fresh.... and the chocolate mousse was excellent an air-conditioned dining room, especially welcome during this SUMMER season ---/ 🥵🥵 I live 3 minutes away on foot!! Next time I think I'll enjoy a good ribeye steak with homemade fries I recommend L'ESCALE... 100%

07/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to come for brunch on Sundays on this lovely shaded terrace. The all-you-can-eat buffet is really good and offers a wide variety of hot and cold dishes: €29 per person is reasonable for the quality and very generous portions. The matches (football, tennis, etc.) are shown at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb the other diners, which is appreciated.

27/05/2026: I had such a lovely experience at Le Gabin during my trip to Paris that I ended up going there three times. It is a relaxed local restaurant with a really welcoming atmosphere. The food was very good, the wine was excellent, and the service was honestly some of the best I have ever experienced. Everything felt warm, easy, and genuine every time. I would definitely recommend Le Gabin and will absolutely come back the next time I’m in Paris.
