01/01/2026: We went to the restaurant and received a warm welcome, a superb table, pleasant service, a very pretty setting, and a fantastic New Year's Eve menu for 2025-2026. Kudos to the restaurant manager! I highly recommend this little restaurant located next to the prefecture in Laval.

Hire a master crêpe maker starting in the spring.
In the meantime, seafood and fish dishes (fishmonger next door). And kouinamen once or twice a week and a scoop of ice cream or sorbet.
A glass of chouchen as a digestif.
And your coffee.
Plancoët for water.
And everything will be fine.
You'll be a success.
Have a good Sunday.

03/03/2026: Hello, I booked a table for a birthday meal because of the good reviews I'd heard about the restaurant.
The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
This restaurant stands out from the usual fare, but you have to experience it for yourself. Everyone (there were 30 of us) left delighted with this somewhat unusual restaurant. It was a wonderful discovery.

14/02/2026: Good menu, friendly service, but the music... the more people there are, the louder it gets, which makes it hard to hear yourself at the table. Not a restaurant, more like a small brasserie. Three stars because of the noise.

12/03/2026: The person with long hair is extremely rude; if they want to chat with their friends, they'd be better off going to the other side of the counter! They just toss tickets at customers, don't understand anything, and can't even follow a table! When you talk to them, they couldn't care less because they're still chatting with their friends!
I'm giving it 3 stars so as not to blame the rest of the team who are trying to cover up the other person's mistakes.

I feel sorry for the staff, as they were very helpful and kind.
It seems like there are two separate departments.
But the room! You shouldn't be allergic to dust! On the other hand, the bathroom was very clean! The hotel is a bit dated.
We found stains on the sheets!
We do recommend the restaurant, though.
13/01/2026: A very good gourmet restaurant that deserves 5 stars. Excellent tasting menu. Pleasant and efficient service. Congratulations to the Chef and his team. Nice, modern decor which contrasts with the hotel, which is a shame. The rooms need a complete renovation, hence the one-star deduction. They still feel like they're from the 90s. On the other hand, the bedding is good and the surroundings are quiet.

The meat was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant (note that renovations are planned soon, so it will be even better).
04/04/2026: The restaurant is being renovated, so it's a bit chaotic, and apart from the waiter who was really great, not a single hello or goodbye. Strange...

We had dinner there one evening and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The scallop tartare as a starter was excellent, very fresh, and bursting with flavor.
The scallop and prawn duo was also delicious and perfectly cooked.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend.
