11/02/2026: Passing through Montélimar on numerous occasions, I never fail to stop at the "Brasserie des Négociants." The management and staff are particularly welcoming, professional, and kind. While the establishment maintains rigorous hygiene standards, I was taken aback by a comment I read... perhaps the author should verify the accuracy of their statements and check their sources more thoroughly. Without hesitation, I give this establishment 5/5, both for its warm welcome, the professionalism of the management and staff, and the absolutely impeccable hygiene.

07/01/2026: What a lovely surprise! We went on January 2nd. We ate at the "oyster bar." A trio platter and some "special" oysters on top. Delicious! The owners are super friendly. We'll be back and we've recommended it to our friends from Charente!

It's a friendly place where our 5-year-old daughter doesn't cause any disturbance, which is always a pleasure and a real plus!

26/04/2026: Excellent meal! My choice was simple (butcher's cut). I asked for it rare, and it was indeed rare—kudos to the chef! That's not always the case in other restaurants. Nice decor, very friendly and welcoming staff. In short, don't hesitate to click the "to drink" button; it's well deserved. I highly recommend it; the whole menu is good.

17/04/2026: A lovely spot, well located opposite the Place d'Armes in Calais. The huge covered terrace is inviting. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't greet us or even smile. As for the food, the salmon waterzooi was very good and well-presented, but unfortunately, the main course was far too overcooked, even though we ordered it medium-rare. We pointed this out to a waiter: no apology, and a surprising response: "Oh, the same thing happened to me just yesterday." In short, it's a good place if you're lucky and will receive a warm welcome, depending on what you order. Avoid the meat unless you like it well-done.

24/03/2026: I ordered scallops for €35 and received 6 queen scallops instead. Spot the mistake! Isn't that robbery? I reported it but haven't received any response.

16/04/2026: A truly excellent restaurant. Very unique with its little terracotta pots hanging from the ceiling. The welcome at the entrance was very friendly, the food was truly delicious, and the waiter was very kind and multi-talented, even taking photos graciously (just a little joke there 😉). A restaurant I highly recommend in La Roche-sur-Yon. And if the opportunity arises, I would gladly return.

A genuine smile, gentle yet professional service—it was such a treat, especially as a restaurateur myself, to experience such kind and professional service. An address I will definitely remember for my next visit to Haguenau. A pleasure to recommend without hesitation.
