17/09/2024: We were able to enjoy a wonderful stay in this quietly located hotel. Every evening we were spoiled with excellent delicacies, delicacies and loving service. The chef is a master of his craft, hats off to him.

We clearly recommend this subtle & sublime place of course, but also for the Masterful, Efficient Cuisine of the owner without forgetting the Courtesy & Joy of living of Sophie!

13/10/2024: The food was very delicious. However, the clerk tripped over the step and spilled the red wine. It got all over my clothes and the table was pretty dirty, but the staff only said "I am sorry" once and didn't pay attention to my clothes at all, and we wiped the table ourselves. I wish they had at least wiped down the table. Of course, the price remained the same and they didn't even give me a cleaning fee. It's a shame because the food is delicious. They should hire more professional waiters.

19/09/2024: We had an excellent stay at Claudia's!
The room was very comfortable. Everything is neat, decorated with great taste and we felt very well received. Despite the rain, the house was very warm!
Regarding the evening dinner, we can only recommend it, it is local, typical, excellent, refined and plentiful (special mention for the homemade profiteroles).
In short, if you are passing through Bastelica, do not hesitate to stop at U Fiordalisu.
08/09/2024: We came to eat one evening during our vacation. And we enjoyed eating at this Auberge, the service was impeccable and the food was well prepared and good. I recommend for the catering side and the table service.

15/11/2024: We stopped at the end of the day to warm up in this beautiful restaurant to have a drink. Welcomed a little hastily, orders taken without much attention as if we had to be busy, glasses for water placed on the table it was up to us to do the service, Viennese chocolate almost half full... Quite disappointed by the service although the restaurant seems friendly with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view, even though it's the end of the day we would have liked a little more attention, too bad. Price still quite high (count at least 6 euros for a crepe, 5 euros for a hot chocolate)

Très joliment décoré.
La playlist musicale est variée (musique variée, de connaisseurs).
L'établissement se situe à 2 pas du métro Jules joffrin.
Il est possible d'y déjeuner, d'y goûter, d'y dîner, d'y boire un verre.
L'établissement est doté d'une grande terrasse.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement du 18eme arrondissement de Paris.
L'accueil y est très convivial et l'ambiance aussi.

Un accueil téléphonique très correct.
Par contre sur place…
La serveuse (seule) pas souriante, pas aimable, ne nous regarde pas quand elle nous parle. Pas très apprêté Gueule après « Robert » devant tout le monde.
Alors oui il y avait du monde oui elle était seule mais nous clients on vient pour passer un bon moment. Pas pour voir ça et entendre gueuler.
C’est dommage, notre plat était bon.

27/01/2025: Second chance, second disappointment.
A starter in 1h30 on a weekday lunchtime outside the summer period (the room was clearly not full), for an unassembled dish, of the greatest simplicity (round of veal with white rice and a little sauce), which arrives lukewarm. Professional obligation meant that dessert was not possible on time, but the one who had taken main course/dessert rather than starter/main course, sat on her dessert since it was not possible to do a doggy bag, despite the legislative obligation dating from 2021 (article 62 of the Egalim law of October 30, 2018). No commercial gesture and above all NO EXCUSE from the staff.
You will have understood,
I absolutely do not recommend, go opposite.
27/01/2025: It's always a pleasure to come back to this restaurant! The welcome is warm, the service very attentive, and everything is done to make you feel privileged. The cuisine, for its part, is a pure delight: subtle flavors, perfectly presented plates, and real attention to detail.
We were surprised by the two negative reviews which seemed to concern a single table. Frankly, this in no way reflects our experience, which is impeccable every time. An essential address where we will return again, with great pleasure!
