04/08/2026: Ordering five pieces of Comté cheese, each about 200g, cut into tiny chunks is absolutely terrible at Lehmann cheese shop, whereas a piece of the same weight cut lengthwise is much more presentable at the smaller Marcel cheese shop for the same price.

02/09/2026: Friendly staff, delicious food. Persillade de Gésiers is a must-try! Rillettes foie gras, a frenchy starter, is so rich in flavor, a bit heavy though, luckily the pickles and salad on the side are refreshing. Everything is tasty, the duck breast, the fries and even the sauces.

01/09/2026: Avoid at all costs. I ordered through Deliveroo... the cheesy fries were way too salty, and the salad cooked even though I put it in the same container as the fries. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to separate the salad from the hot fries to prevent them from cooking. And what about the pulled duck burger? It was salty, and the salad wasn't cleaned properly, with grains of sand in it... Definitely avoid it. More than disappointing.

11/10/2026: We ended up unable to go to the restaurant we had reserved, so we hurriedly walked into this place without much expectation, but in conclusion, it was an excellent choice!!! In particular, the duck confit was truly the best duck confit I had during my week-long trip to Paris, and although there is a restaurant on the next block that is very famous among Koreans, I personally thought this one was tastier. I had been sensitive about service because I had experienced subtle discrimination at other restaurants, but the servers here were kind to us from start to finish, so I felt great the whole time we were eating.

11/10/2026: Bistro near the Musée d'Orsay. The service could be a bit warmer. Nevertheless, the portions are generous for a reasonable price. The daily special was very good, with a nice, inexpensive, and generously filled glass of wine! I recommend it.

14/09/2026: We chose L’Auberge du Village in Dardilly for our civil wedding this weekend, and everything was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, we received nothing but excellent feedback from our guests: a delicious meal, impeccable service, and no waiting. A huge thank you to Delphine and Sylvain for their professionalism, availability, and kindness. They even went above and beyond by decorating the venue exactly as we had requested, with great care. Everything was in place for us to have an unforgettable time, and it certainly was. We wholeheartedly recommend L’Auberge du Village for your events. You can trust them completely; you'll be in very good hands!

27/07/2026: It's a place where you can also eat, but they don't serve beer, though it is a wine bar. What I found unacceptable was that someone was vaping inside. I couldn't tell if it was a customer or a bartender. And naturally, the staff did nothing. They'll probably say they didn't see anything (in a 30-square-meter space). Vaping isn't just dangerous for your health because it causes cancer in passive smokers, but it's also ILLEGAL.
