14/07/2026: We held our wedding at Le Relais. Christophe and his wife were incredibly kind. The meal was excellent! The venue is truly beautiful. Everything was well organized. They handled last-minute changes perfectly without making us feel inconvenienced.

30/09/2026: We discovered Serandon and Lisa's place, which we hadn't been to before. The welcome was incredibly friendly, the food was homemade, and the pizzas were great. We have absolutely no complaints.

28/08/2026: This is our third visit (over three years). We were delighted the first time, but less so the last two. The setting is pleasant, but there are some issues with the service (long wait, fries that you have to ask for and that are only brought to you after you've finished your meal), and not all the dishes are great (the pepper starter was disappointing, bland, where were the promised pine nuts?, and the dessert was average). However, we were happy to try the sea bass prepared in two different ways, and they were well-prepared, original, and tasty. The prices are also reasonable, so there are some good points, and given the challenges of the restaurant business, I think the team just needs to reorganize and take customer feedback into account. With that, long live this lovely restaurant on a barge!

27/08/2026: A delightful discovery during our stay. We visited three times, including once for the eclipse, when we sat at the outdoor bar tables directly opposite the eclipse. We enjoyed a delicious charcuterie and cheese board and cocktails. We also visited twice for refreshments on the beautiful open terrace across the street. The service was impeccable each time, and we highly recommend this place. We will gladly return.

16/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise for a roadside stop. We enjoyed a fish dish with a delicious sauce, and the couple who run the restaurant are lovely. It's a bit pricey, but it's really very good and worth it.

A chic grocery store forms the entrance to the restaurant, offering a selection of products that reflect the flavors served at the table. I highly recommend stopping by... Reservations are recommended.

16/10/2026: Incredible new menu! We come often, and frankly, it's surprising how much something new is each time. Everything is there! The food is excellent, the setting is clean and beautiful, and the service is just as good as the food, which, I must emphasize, is truly divine. Worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. 30/09/2026: As a customer of Jardin Sucré in Cernay-la-Ville for several years, I am unfortunately becoming increasingly disappointed by the attitude of one of the salespeople. I have dealt with him several times now, and I find his behavior particularly haughty, with a real lack of customer service. I have let several minor things slide over time, but given the repeated nature of this behavior, I now feel compelled to share my experience. On my last visit, I left a bill of over €70, including a large box containing several pastries and another box with a slice of cake. The salesperson simply handed me the two boxes, one on top of the other. I asked if it would be possible to have a bag, as carrying two boxes like that not only risks dropping them but, more importantly, damaging the pastries, given their price. I finally received a paper bag, not a store-brand bag. It's not the bag itself that bothers me, but rather the fact that the service is absolutely not up to the standard one would expect when spending over €70 on pastries. A simple "Would you like a bag?" would have sufficed. However, I should mention that I've always had very good experiences with the sales assistants, whom I find much more attentive and helpful. I've placed large orders for cakes and visited the shop several times, and everything has always gone very smoothly. So it's really this particular salesperson's attitude that disappoints me. I find it a shame because the quality of the products is excellent, but the customer experience also matters. And unfortunately, I'm not the only one who has noticed this behavior. I sincerely hope this comment can be taken as constructive feedback, because with a little more attention and a better sense of service, the experience would be completely different.
