22/05/2026: Fantastic stay with my daughter and her dog. A superb, idyllic setting... a magnificent pool surrounded by beautiful olive trees. Perfect evening meals. Enjoying an aperitif overlooking nature with a delicious rosé from the family vineyard... we were able to savor the peace and quiet a little longer before leaving. Thank you Anaïs for your attentiveness and warm welcome. We will gladly return.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service… and the quality of the dishes we were served. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place, but… don't forget to book ahead to enjoy a delicious meal.

14/05/2026: Long story short: late in the evening, alone, and underdressed but with a massive craving for mashed potatoes, I walked into this restaurant. Logically, I was ready to be turned down considering the above. Surprisingly, I wasn't. Moreover, they offered to adapt the dishes to meet my needs. As a rule, I do not savour food much. But each rule has an exception, and Drouant delivered. Every mashed potato dish will forever be compared to theirs. And the fish? It was simply melting on the tongue. I have no idea what was inside the green sauce, but I couldn't get enough. Bravo to the chef and the team 👏 You will definitely see me again next time I am in Paris.

11/05/2026: Food 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Service 8/10 Overall, a great experience. The food was fresh and excellent from start to finish — we had oysters, snails, foie gras, tartare de boeuf, and château filet, and we were impressed by the quality and taste of every dish. The atmosphere was also very enjoyable: the music wasn’t too loud, making it easy to hold a conversation with a comfortable level of background noise. The only downside was the service. Our server always seemed rushed whenever she came to our table, almost as if she was on a time limit. Once our final dishes were served, we never saw her again, even after mentioning that one of the side vegetable orders was missing. She told us it was coming, but after waiting 25 minutes, we had to ask another server, who brought it within 10 minutes. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we could clearly see her chatting with guests at other tables. Thankfully, the front desk hostess was extremely kind and welcoming, and even offered to take photos for us, which ended the evening on a positive note.

15/04/2026: A very pleasant surprise! Quietly located on Rue de l'Homme de Bois, this eponymous restaurant is pleasantly removed from the "noisy" tourist crowds. A warm and friendly welcome, a small terrace to enjoy the good weather, and a cozy, wood-paneled dining room to suit your mood. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't live up to our expectations. We looked at the place, which was nice and had decent reviews, so we decided to make a reservation for a seafood dinner. We sat down at a round table, in a cozy and quiet atmosphere. The staff immediately handed us menus and took our orders: we chose the appetizer + main course + dessert option. I chose the fish soup, the fish of the day, and the Île flottante, which reminded me of my grandmother. The soup arrived quickly; it wasn't exceptional, but more than adequate: fragrant, served with the classic croutons and cheese. Then? Nothing: a good hour and a half had passed and the main course hadn't arrived... we waited about ten minutes and asked: we were told it was on its way, and in fact, after another ten minutes, it did. The fish of the day is a portion of rice, completely overcooked and with thinly sliced ​​broad beans, on top of which lie three fish fillets, supposedly sea bream, but they're also overcooked and flavorless. To top it all off, a sauce reminiscent of roast meat. In short, an unsightly combo, not up to par with any cuisine worthy of the name. And it's been over two hours since we ordered! What can I say about the dessert? An egg broth (the consistency is correct) that seems watered down, dominated by a cube of beaten egg white with an unnatural consistency, as if they'd used a thickener, and a vanilla flavor. Oh, I forgot, the 1-liter bottle of "do-it-yourself" mineral water costs €6.50! Conclusion: you spend around €45 per person for poor-quality food, cooked in a completely questionable manner, with decidedly slow service.

06/05/2026: Visiting Bidart once or twice a year, this was our first time discovering the restaurant Le Cucaracha. After being approached by the manager (thinking it was closed), we went in despite it being open and thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte menu. It was sublime, especially the dessert made with apple, walnuts, caramelized fruit, whipped cream, and sheep's milk curd: simply the best! Thank you, we'll be back.

01/05/2026: It's May 1st, 3 PM, and my partner and I were enjoying a pleasant stroll in Dinard. Seeing this little bar open, we thought we might as well give it a try and continue our lovely day. The older blonde woman made it quite clear that she would have preferred to have a drink herself rather than be there; it would surely have relaxed her. To be so bitter and disrespectful to her customers is unheard of. Retirement will be well-deserved. Or not.

But today, for the first time, I experienced a disappointment: a whole lump of offal under a layer of sauce. Even a hardy diner like me can't stomach that. Sorry – but that's just unacceptable.
