For the adults, we were won over by the sweetbreads, simply superb, as well as the veal chop, also excellent and perfectly prepared. A fantastic place, with quality cuisine and top-notch service. 26/08/2026: I regularly eat at Café de Caumont. The setting is beautiful, and the dishes are well-prepared and delicious. On August 24, 2026, we ordered the set menu of two salads of the day and two pastries. A very affable, smiling, but somewhat pushy waiter served us our two salads of the day. When it came time for the pastry (raspberry tart), he brought only one tart for two people, with two place settings. I expressed my surprise, as two pastries were ordered. "I can cut it in half; it's almost the same thing," the waiter told me. I asked him to bring what was ordered. When it came time to pay, I noticed that the two set menus were indeed listed on the bill, but an additional salad dish had also appeared. "Surprise!" I pointed this out to the same waiter, who told me there was a mistake; €23.50 more! I had to have the bill corrected and pay €23.50 less. Moral of the story: Everything is great at Café de Caumont! But be vigilant about what the waiters offer you and check your bill carefully.

04/10/2026: A superb reception venue that hosted our wedding. A rustic mill with everything needed to celebrate and welcome guests. As for the grounds, several distinct areas allowed for a variety of uses and created the desired effect. There was the ceremony area with its arch, the lawn for the cocktail hour (despite the rain) and dinner, and the pallet village for the drinks reception and other activities. An ideal venue for a successful wedding, which our guests and we ourselves thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to Christophe for his warm welcome and responsiveness throughout these few days of celebration.

21/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome from Cyril. The rooms are spacious and inviting. The bed is very comfortable. We had an enriching evening learning about the history of the region, its unique features, and its best places to eat. The meal was homemade and served with a smile.

31/08/2026: A flawless experience for our group birthday lunch on a Sunday! The manager prepared a custom menu for us, perfectly tailored to our preferences and budget. Everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert, and the waitstaff was outstanding: impeccable, seamless, and attentive service. A superb village restaurant; we will definitely be back!

30/05/2026: Very clean, no complaints. Good quality bedding, but there should at least be a fan in the room, if not air conditioning. It was a very hot day, admittedly, but that's very common in the summer in this region; it was 26 degrees Celsius at night, even with the window open. The owner told us the next morning that it would be the same next year. In the meantime, a small standing fan wouldn't go amiss.
