12/08/2024: Un merveilleux moment dans cet établissement niché dans un superne endroit de notre beau jura.
Les plats et le service sont à la hauteur du cadre.
Le menu Castel est superbement équilibré. La poularde prise par mon compagnon était d'un fondant exceptionnel.
La carte des vins est superbe. Nous avons pris un St Véran qui a bien accompagné nos plats.
Le seul regret est que nous aurions du réserver une nuit même si nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomètres.. nous aurions pu apprécier le parc au matin... une prochaine fois.
12/08/2024: La gentillesse de tout le personnel est à souligner. Les chambres sont agréables, une vue magnifique et un calme absolu. Le petit dej est varié et copieux. Et le repas du soir un délice!

16/09/2024: Hello, we spent 2 nights, our room was spacious, well equipped and a coffee machine available.
The setting is a corner of paradise, the heated swimming pool and the final bouquet, the restaurant and the simply excellent breakfast. Finally, the staff are top notch.

really very average level of hygiene, they must cook the patties in the same place as the meat

Not to be missed under any circumstances.
Warm welcome
The summer terrace is a plus which adds to the impeccably provided service by its two owners, who both have an infectious smile and undeniable friendliness.
They know their subjects and exude good humor!!!
The dishes prepared by the Chef are visually a feast for the eyes, they are refined and delicious.
You will have understood that a table 2 steps from Nancy not to be missed!!! And last but not least, it is wheelchair accessible.
We will return to this address without hesitation on our return to Lorraine.

30/08/2024: Discovered this restaurant today! A gem run by two very friendly friends! Quiet in a super pretty setting.
Everything is homemade and locally sourced, right down to the vegetables and aromatic herbs that the owners grow in their garden! Top service, excellent meal from start to finish. The undeniable homemade foie gras! We will definitely come back and it may even become our landmark for our rare romantic evenings without the children!

22/09/2024: Excellent table, limited menu of perfectly executed dishes, careful presentation. A very good mastery from starter to dessert, the recipes are spiced up with aromatics in just the right quantity, very tasty, very fresh. A cuisine with an obvious personality, which is a pleasure to taste. The 3-course menu is superb in its quality/price ratio. Very nice wine list, selective and a bit too expensive for some bottles, but we were well advised and the Burgundy was really delicious.
The setting is cozy, warm, elegantly decorated. Friendly and impeccable service.
A restaurant often recommended, and it is completely deserved.

16/09/2024: ... c'est ce qui nous a agreablement surpris dans ce restaurant que, de passage, nous avons choisi parce qu'il se trouvait sur notre chemin. Si vous aimez l'andouillette, vous ne seres pqs decus par l'originale et excellente preparation du chef (ou de la cheffe ?). Jolie terrasse avec vue sur le Canigou.
