13/12/2024: Discovered the restaurant by chance during a business trip, I highly recommend this address both for the setting (2 ambiances of room decor), the varied menu at a reasonable price, and especially for the team in the dining room, welcoming, natural, attentive and smiling (increasingly rare these days) The carp fry ordered for dinner was delicious and filling. Very satisfied with my evening, I had lunch the next day choosing the daily menu at a very reasonable price and generously served. Personalized croque monsieur and salad as a starter and an excellent duck breast as a main course. I skipped dessert because otherwise I would have had to take a room to take a nap... 😉 I will definitely return there during my next business trip, and this time, I will try the hotel at the same address. Good luck to the whole team and don't change anything!!!

27/11/2024: Pleasant staff, very smiling and responsive, I ate a pizza which was excellent. A great discovery during a business trip.

29/06/2025: The beef steaks with chanterelle sauce were very good. In addition, the view of Lake Geneva and the fresh air made the heatwave very bearable.

22/06/2025: After a short hike, this is the perfect place to stop. The food is excellent, with specialties like the nettle tart and the homemade ice cream. The view of the lake is splendid! The service was a bit slow, even though there weren't many people in the restaurant.

12/09/2024: Nothing special. The seats are very narrow and small. Service not particularly friendly. You actually feel like you're in a typical tourist restaurant. Food was mediocre. Potato gratin loveless and undercooked. Meat portion small. Tiramisu very small and watery, way too much cocoa and expensive

03/09/2024: I have recommended and visited this place a lot but that will no longer be the case! Indeed, 100€ collected by this establishment in the form of a gift card whose date has expired shortly and which we were not able to take advantage of... Obviously commerce is not their problem for these people! It's a shame and I read in the reviews that I was not the only one in this misadventure... I, who wanted to keep the businesses in my town running, have been rewarded. We don't joke with dates here, frankly it's not serious, we're walking on our heads!!! Too bad, I'll eat elsewhere for my business meetings, where it's not the "computer" that says who eats and who doesn't.

31/08/2024: Repas en couple un soir, tout était agréable, l’accueil, le service et le repas. Mets avec jus très agréables tout comme le dessert. Nous y retournerons et nous conseillons. Bravo à toute l équipe , poursuivez ainsi.

06/09/2024: A ne pas rater.. Très belle découverte!!!!! Des moules frites a tomber, pour un prix très raisonnable et un baba au rhum xxl exceptionnel...une cuisine familiale et un accueil très chaleureux.... On a adoré Rémi et Laurence (du Vaucluse)

08/09/2024: Excellent weekend surprise with this little old-fashioned bistro restaurant where we were served quickly by very smiling staff. The cuisine is simple but delicious and the prices reasonable. Great discovery. I would come back for sure

26/08/2024: Three out of the four of us had starters. The onion soup was a big hit. My daughter had ordered Caesar salad with bacon for her main course. When it was delivered to the table she said “mum something is moving on the bacon”. I looked and thought it was just sizzling bacon fat. On closer inspection by all four of us we realised it was maggots. It was disgusting. Lots of maggots on the bacon. The waiter came over and took the dish away. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to take a picture. The waiter, manager (I think), chef and my friend all gathered near the bar inspecting the plate. They initially said there was no maggots , then said they must have come from the lettuce! The maggots were on the bacon not the lettuce. How bad must the hygiene be in the kitchen if maggots are being served in cooked food? My friend said that we were leaving. We just got up and walked away leaving the other three untouched main courses on the table. We were all totally stunned by what had just happened. Not one member of staff came after us with an apology. It felt like they wanted to not create any fuss and bring attention to themselves and the disgusting state of their food. We are still nauseous now at the thought of it , and my daughter said she will never eat bacon again.
