The food was delicious, refined, and enjoyed by all our guests. The service was impeccable: professional, discreet, attentive, and always with a smile. The entire team contributed greatly to the success of this magnificent day. Some of our guests also stayed at the hotel, and all were delighted with their experience. They particularly appreciated the warm welcome, the comfortable rooms, and the kindness of Stéphane and Marie, the owners, who were remarkably kind and helpful. We experienced a magical moment, as if time stood still, surrounded by our loved ones in a beautiful setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at La Gibecière for making this baptism an unforgettable memory. We recommend this establishment without hesitation to anyone wishing to organize an exceptional event.

21/06/2026: We came this weekend. It was perfect. The waiters and waitresses were impeccable. Always smiling, despite the very high temperatures. The managers were very friendly too! The meal and breakfast were perfect. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

23/07/2026: The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. We came using a gift card, which included a six-course menu. However, despite the skillful preparation of the dishes, we found them lacking in originality and too focused on game. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly.

The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. However, we did find that there was a certain repetitiveness in the citrus flavors throughout the meal, which sometimes diminished the element of surprise. I also greatly appreciated the attention paid to my pregnancy, with some menu items adapted so I could fully enjoy the experience. This thoughtful touch deserves to be highlighted. A truly excellent restaurant that we are happy to recommend.

29/06/2026: After enjoying our first meal at this excellent restaurant, it's impossible to book a table for 2023, 2024, 2025, and now 2026. The waiting time is outrageous; it's June 29th and there are no tables available until July 20th at 12:45 PM. It's frustrating; we won't be there then and will just grill the sea bass ourselves! Have a good season.

15/06/2026: I have rarely experienced such a detailed and passionate presentation of the menu and the different dishes. The explanations were precise, enticing, and made me want to try everything! The staff is particularly pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. We were lucky enough to try the meagre ribs: a true delight. It's rare to savor fish so delicately prepared and so delicious. A big thank you to the entire team for the quality of their work and their hospitality. 👏👍 We will definitely be back!

19/07/2026: They absolutely saved us by agreeing to make us two burgers at 2:40 PM! A huge thank you, the burgers were exquisite, I think the best we've ever had. It's worth the trip, you really won't be disappointed! Highly recommended!

21/07/2026: An exceptional address! Walking down an alley, the enticing aromas led me to this establishment. A wonderfully well-crafted facade and menu. A small, simple, and effective menu. A delightful culinary experience, starting with a baked egg with foie gras, followed by a tournedos Rossini-style where a knife wasn't really necessary given the quality of the meat. And to finish, a truly divine apple tart. In short, an establishment that champions quality products. Respect for the ingredients is paramount. I encourage everyone to step inside this restaurant.
