27/09/2026: We had the pleasure of having lunch at Le Lièvre Gourmand today to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, our cotton anniversary ❤️ We had a wonderful time! The service was perfect, warm, and attentive. The meal was excellent, everything was truly delicious, and the decor is absolutely stunning. ✨ We also really appreciated the chef coming to check on us himself to make sure everything was alright. We were, of course, able to tell him how delighted we were and that everything was delicious. 👨‍🍳❤️ And what a lovely surprise to end our lunch: a complimentary second coffee, along with a small cake, and a charming personalized card wishing us a happy anniversary. 🥹❤️ A thoughtful touch that meant so much to us! A huge thank you to the entire team at Le Lièvre Gourmand for your kindness, your warm welcome, your professionalism, and all these thoughtful touches. You helped make our first year of marriage even more beautiful and created a lovely memory for both of us. ❤️

The cuisine stands out for its inventiveness and the perfect balance of its flavors. The five-course menu is a success from beginning to end: each dish reveals a true equilibrium, both in the seasonings and the combinations of tastes. Precise, creative, and perfectly executed cuisine, accompanied by impeccable service. We will return with great pleasure.

28/08/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience here. The server was attentive yet gave us ample space to take our time, never rushing us. The dishes were beautifully prepared with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. The menu paired a fairly classic starter and dessert with a playfully reimagined main course. The portions were generous, and two details particularly appealed to me: the indie music playing in the background and the opportunity to watch the chef at work in the kitchen from our table. I highly recommend it.

15/09/2026: We dined at this restaurant during our stay in Dinan, and the overall experience was such that we'd return a second time. The restaurant is small, simply furnished, with soft, relaxing colors; outdoor seating is also available. We chose fish and meat dishes, made with top-quality ingredients, carefully cooked, and preserving the distinct flavors of each dish. On both occasions, we took advice from India, the excellent waitstaff. With great helpfulness and thanks to her knowledge of Italian, among other things, she explained the dishes to us and engaged us in pleasant conversation. We found the prices fair, and I'd even say reasonable, given the quality, service, and location. If you're passing through Dinan, you should try it.

02/10/2026: Hello, The welcome is particularly warm; you feel expected, and you can tell as soon as you step inside that it's going to be a lovely evening. The crackling fireplace warms your heart, you're seated, and you're pampered. Everything is perfectly arranged: the menu, the cutlery—everything is orchestrated with a master's touch. We opted for the set menu; the meat was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. A thoughtful touch was added for my partner, whose birthday we were celebrating. The young man taking our order spotted the gifts and made sure to slip a little note into the menu. A small fire stick was even placed on the dessert. Children are welcome with a nice little menu that's a welcome change from the classic steak and fries. At the next table, a beautiful array of beef ribs was presented and carved in front of the customers. I loved this moment. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Maud

10/09/2026: We were really looking forward to it, but what a disappointment, and certainly not worth a star. We have been here before, but this time the food was below par. Lack of flavor, lack of creativity, and presentation as if they had forgotten to put things on the plate. Completely overrated, or is a Michelin star easier to earn in France than in the rest of the world?
