From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfectly executed: from the green asparagus from Provence, enhanced by the smoked trout ravioli and the delicate burrata, to the roasted prawns accompanied by crispy-on-the-outside, melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi and an intensely fragrant bisque. The confit lamb crépinette, delicately bound with foie gras, was simply incredible, full of finesse and richness. And what can I say about the dessert… a meltingly tender candied apple, a decadent salted caramel, a crisp shortbread, and a perfect vanilla ice cream to finish in style. All this accompanied by impeccable service: attentive, warm, and highly professional. A truly delightful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend it!

The terrace is very pleasant and sheltered from the wind, which was important during our visit to Collioure. The staff were very friendly. The interior decor is well done and evokes a holiday atmosphere, perfect for a family meal.
