29/07/2026: I was very satisfied with this workshop, both with Chef Anna, who was very professional, and with the equipment and ingredients provided (fish and shellfish workshop). The small group size of only five participants allowed everyone to fully participate and prepare each dish. A warm welcome and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

17/07/2026: Came here for a group celebration in Paris. The dining experience was great - thank you Georgette for a wonderful evening! Extremely friendly and patient waiters. They helped us celebrate a birthday, and went all out for it. Food was very good - on the expensive side for what you get. Favorite dishes were the leeks and cabbage. The ambiance is pleasant; had a three hour dinner and it didn't feel long at all. I would recommend and will come back.

17/07/2026: I loved the ambience, the owner and staff were all very nice, and the food was excellent. I asked if they could make me a specific cocktail, and despite not having all of the ingredients, they made me a drink that was delicious.

14/05/2026: We had a reservation for 12:00, but I contacted the restaurant to delay the time by 30 to 45 minutes. When I asked, the owner immediately replied that they only served until 12:45! I was already surprised! But it was the manner of service that surprised me even more! We were served by a young woman who did her job in an exemplary manner: courteous, calm, and professional, worthy of a restaurant manager! In my opinion, the owner is far too stressed and is rushing the service to finish quickly and close the lunch shift! What a shame! The food is good and well-presented! The prices are slightly high compared to the portion sizes! A quick and efficient service? A pity! The wines by the glass don't match the quality of the food, but the prices are outrageous!

09/07/2026: The only thing good about this restaurant is the temperature. For 70 euro you get half a sliced tomato, an eyelash of fish, two small thumbs of duck (without properly rendered fat, chewy, not crisp) and a dessert that might have been good if it wasn’t covered in a rubbery film. I don’t know how this place has a 4.9. Go here if you’re in the mood for food that looks good but leaves you hungry. Or bring your own salt.

29/07/2026: Great restaurant, tried it yesterday at lunchtime. The food is excellent. The waiter was very attentive, truly nothing to complain about regarding the service. The wild boar stew was delicious, the dish was perfectly executed. You can go there without hesitation.

22/07/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised to rediscover Borsalino after the change in management. The decor is very chic, and the space has been expanded with a glass-enclosed terrace on two sides of the restaurant, overlooking the marina. The welcome is warm, and all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. In short, the service is perfect, and as for the food, everything is delicious, from the magnificent pizzas to the meat and fish dishes. After two visits already, we can't wait to return. A highly recommended restaurant!
