03/10/2026: I bought a raisin bread; the dough was good, but it was missing raisins, and this is the second time this has happened to me, as I'd already tried it... I would have preferred to pay more and get some raisins... It's a shame, because it seems to be a good bakery. A strong point was the lack of sugar on top, but I won't be back.

02/08/2026: At 9:41 PM, our order was refused, even though your hours are until 10 PM. It's a shame, there were 10 of us, and we wanted snacks to share. Taking things out of the freezer and frying them clearly takes too long. What a pity!

17/05/2026: We booked a wedding reception for 35 people on May 30th. This restaurant had to close on May 12th due to a faulty roof. We only found out about this completely by chance. No communication, not a word of apology, nothing! We might have found out much later, and even then... I know that some of their suppliers weren't even informed. Shameful behavior! On the other hand, I was reimbursed, but without a single word of apology! I'm furious! I'd like to clarify a few things: You only called my partner on May 15th, not the 14th, after the Coubert town hall had already contacted you! I think there's a good chance we would have arrived on the 30th with our guests only to find the doors closed... The reason I left a review on this site is that after my first one on Facebook, I received no response... I believe I was entirely above board during our various video and phone conversations... Please believe me when I say I understand the difficult situation you're facing. However, we ourselves are in a difficult situation to manage! It was people who informed us of this closure on May 15th while passing by your establishment. When did you plan to inform us? Perhaps on May 30th? If you consider my comment a complete lie, I can say the same about your response! It took you over three weeks to cash the deposit check, and even then, I had to call twice to find out why it hadn't been cashed!

18/08/2026: The Louise baguettes are extremely bland; they're lacking something, depending on the recipe. Really disappointed. Not to mention the not-so-friendly salesperson yesterday. You ask for well-baked Louise baguettes, and he gives you plain ones, all while blowing on them... and then he waits for you to pay, but you have to ask the price because he doesn't tell you. I should mention that there were baguettes that were much better baked. Between the taste and the lack of friendliness, it's really put me off... this bakery's beginnings were much more promising than they are now.

10/08/2026: Very disappointed. Louise's baguettes used to be excellent, but I think there's been a change in the recipe. I've worked in a bakery, I know what I'm talking about. I still wanted to buy more, though, and out of the four baguettes, one was completely covered in black spots underneath. I think it's definitely the dirty baking tray. I found it disgusting, and the baguette tasted so dry, like a thick loaf. 😬😬 There's definitely been a change in the recipe, a mix of flours. 🤔🤔 It's revolting. So I'll make toast out of it because I can't just throw the bread away. I wasn't buying it anymore anyway, but now... 😂😂😂😂 I'm running away, I'm running fast! 😂😂

17/09/2026: The overall result was quite good, but we felt the price-quality ratio was off. It's a shame, because the setting is truly magnificent.

07/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The parsley-seasoned perch fillet was delicious, perfectly cooked. The servers were excellent. The atmosphere was lovely.

28/06/2026: Small room, no air conditioning, unbearably hot, breakfast for 8 euros with not much choice, a croissant that was probably frozen, which arrived hot and crumbled, carpet everywhere even in the rooms, there's nothing better for germs.

17/09/2026: A friendly and smiling sales assistant in training. Another woman who didn't say good evening or goodbye unless I insisted. At 7:00 PM sharp, I was at the register putting away my change when she turned off the store lights. I've never seen anything like it. The 5-star service rating is really only for the sales assistant.

03/10/2026: A warm and friendly welcome from the owners. A great experience. The pizzas matched their descriptions on the menu. The establishment is starting to show its age, but the hygiene is good. I recommend it.
