01/07/2026: A group of Bretons on holiday in Sarlat. We were out for a stroll on market day. A cheesemonger named Robert recommended this restaurant. We weren't disappointed at all; the dishes were typical of the region. We received a warm welcome and had a wonderful meal.

21/06/2026: The previous reviews were so good that I thought I'd gone to the wrong restaurant. Either they'd recently changed chefs, or he was absent that day. In any case, we had our doubts about the "homemade" aspect (which they don't even claim). For example, my wife's duck parmentier arrived cold, and there wasn't much duck in it. As for me, the pork anchaud (I admit, I didn't know it was eaten cold) had no flavor; one piece was lukewarm, and the other was so cold it seemed like it had been frozen and not heated enough (which would explain the lukewarmness of the first piece). On the other hand, the terrace is pleasant.

Perhaps we arrived too late (1:05 ​​PM), but in that case, they might as well have told us we weren't welcome because of the time. This is the behavior of a restaurant that doesn't need new customers. Disappointing.

24/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! I've lived here for several years and, given the heatwave, I was looking for an air-conditioned restaurant. I found Swann and what a find! Excellent cuisine with delicious sauces, an exceptional waiter who was incredibly kind and attentive. As a result, my husband, my aunt, and I went twice this week – a real delight!

08/05/2026: A very pleasant one-night stay in this beautiful guesthouse; the room and common areas are tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast, with a special mention for the homemade brioches. A very friendly and warm welcome.

21/12/2025: During my stay in December for a short Christmas weekend, I stumbled upon this place and was very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the host's friendliness, and the decor of the house. The internet worked very well, the heating was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and there's street parking nearby.

No complaints whatsoever; we'll definitely be back if it's still open next year, as it seems it will be demolished... a shame, because the mountain decor was lovely.

21/07/2026: I came today with a friend. We arrived at 3:30 PM and ordered desserts with coffee. I also asked for a carafe of water. We were served glasses of water. I had to ask again. Other friends joined us an hour later, and we had barely sat down when our server wanted to take their order. Never mind. At 5:30 PM, we were still waiting for more friends. The server asked us if we were going to order anything else. We simply said not right now. He arrived immediately with the card machine, interrupting our conversation. The terrace was completely empty; crowds attract crowds, and scaring customers away was not the right time. I pointed out to him that asking us to pay when we hadn't finished wasn't very customer-friendly. What did I dare say? We were subjected to comments like, "You're a nasty person who wore nasty words on your face," and "I see right through you," with the waiter even criticizing me at a table away from mine to another server. In short, the atmosphere was ruined. My friends tried to calm things down, as we were expecting other friends, and then we planned to eat dinner and probably watch the match. We went from a table of at least six to just six people who preferred to leave, judging by the waiter's stares. According to him, it was the end of his shift, a shift that dragged on quite a while; an hour later, he was still there. There's no point in wearing a shirt and bow tie if you don't know how to be polite and respectful. There are other jobs in the world besides waiting tables. And to swear on God when talking about someone... Judging by the owner's responses to other comments complaining about more or less the same thing, this isn't likely to change. What a shame! The bistro is well located, and the desserts were good. Missing out on money so easily is still a sign of a lot of foolishness. Being tired doesn't mean you're doing a bad job.

24/07/2026: Restaurant with a terrace right next to the famous Arc de Triomphe ♐ For those who work in the area or tourists passing through, the service is very fast and the set menu prices are reasonable for what's on the plate. Now, let's be honest, everything comes from Metro (or a similar wholesaler), whether it's the meat, which is very difficult to cut and chew, the fresh fries, the sauce, or even the square dessert, which might be frozen... It's a shame because there was a time when, for this price, you could expect homemade and fresh food! What further lowers my rating is the fact that the staff also forgot several times to bring us water, bread, or the coffee we ordered at the end. On the other hand, the sunny terrace at lunchtime is a real treat and a great bonus! After Vin Cœur, maybe I'll try Dé Fête soon.

24/07/2026: I came here to eat escargot~ It was great because all the staff were so friendly!! The restaurant's interior and atmosphere were really nice. Just so you know, you can see the Arc de Triomphe, but it's not exactly a great angle to see it clearly!! Oh, and the drinks are so expensive ㅠㅠ A Coke is 8 euros...
