"Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire mes beaux parents dans ce restaurant, et tout était absolument parfait ! L'accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Le repas était tout simplement merveilleux : des plats savoureux, avec des frites maison croustillantes et un délicieux gâteau fait maison pour le dessert, une vraie pépite ! Le gérant est adorable et aux petits soins, rendant l'expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour se faire plaisir. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

Back in this restaurant on 08/27/24 as exquisite as ever, we enjoyed ourselves once again. Congratulations to the chef.

24/08/2024: This little restaurant deserves to be known! We had dinner there with 3 people last night, after booking by phone. We enjoyed a very good cocktail as an aperitif, then the “discovery” menus at 29 euros (starter+main course+dessert).
The dishes are well presented, delicious and, a very, very big positive point to point out because it is rare, all the dishes arrive on very hot plates, which allows you to enjoy quietly without having to rush.
The room is small and cozy for a calm tasting.
The welcome and service are very pleasant, smiling and friendly.
Excellent value for money.
In short, a very nice evening to be repeated as soon as possible.

31/08/2024: We went there on a Saturday lunchtime while we were spending the weekend in the region.
In Privas we didn't really find any restaurants that we liked.
And fortunately because we made a great discovery here.
We feasted our eyes and taste buds from appetizers to dessert.
The presentation is neat and the dishes very tasty.
So €38 for the inspiration menu (starter/main course/dessert) is reasonable.
It's been a long time since we've been this satisfied with a restaurant.
the young waiter and the young waitress are friendly.
So no false notes.

12/12/2024: Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes.
¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables.
¡Un lugar realmente genial!
