06/08/2024: Located in the 16th not far from the Trocadéro, Amélie manages this great little café with enthusiasm and a warm welcome, where it's nice to stop for a good meal (excellent burger and steak with Bleu d'Auvergne sauce, succulent!). I also made it my favorite place for my morning coffee, from 7:00 a.m., always with André’s smile welcoming us! I recommend without any hesitation, GO!

06/12/2025: Last night we went to eat at Tendance et Fraîcheur and we absolutely loved the scallops – they were amazing! Hats off to the chef for the wonderful combination of vegetables. The service was pleasant, as were all the staff – a great little team, always smiling, including the bartender. Thank you and best of luck! I forgot to mention that the decor on the terrace is superb! 👍👍

01/07/2025: We had lunch on the terrace along the Royal Canal, well protected from the sun with a breeze to cool us down. We enjoyed the oysters from the Thau lagoon and the sardines in escabeche served as the daily special, both generous and excellent, all washed down with a chilled Picpoul and a little municipal water.

01/01/2025: Nous avons été très déçus. Le chef se donne incontestablement beaucoup de mal mais les associations de saveur nous ont vraiment déplu. Service sympathique mais débordé. Peut-être trop de couverts avec une terrasse pleine à craquer au milieu du mois d'août.

16/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! This brasserie, located next to the Bayonne Courthouse, is an excellent place for lunch on weekdays. We ate inside, but there's also a pleasant outdoor terrace. The value for money is unbeatable: a delicious daily special for less than €10—it's hard to beat! The staff is truly attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. For families, there's a children's menu, and although high chairs aren't available, booster seats are available. A nice bonus: the option to order dishes and desserts to go is handy. However, I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table, as this place is very popular. In short, a simple, efficient, and friendly place that I highly recommend.

From starter to dessert, we were delighted; the fish was cooked to perfection with delicious herb-infused vegetables, the flavors lingering in the mouth. The welcome was very friendly; this restaurant is well worth the detour.

26/01/2025: Food was very disappointing! The menu offered croque but did say it came with the heaviest of buttery sauce which looked and tasted awful. My sole was not fresh. Very rubbery where it should have been tasty and delicate. Very expensive for a meal you could not eat. Won’t be returning.

05/12/2024: This mojito is a true culinary disaster, an insult to the legendary cocktail it claims to be. Everything, absolutely everything, is a failure. Let's start with the lime: roughly cut, it seems to have been squeezed in a hurry, leaving an unbearable bitter aftertaste. Next, let's talk about mint: wilted and poorly dosed, it would be more at home in compost than in a glass. The sugar, for its part, seems to have been measured with a shovel: the cocktail is so sweet that you would think you were drinking cough syrup. And what about rum? Was it really rum? Because this acrid and chemical taste suggests that it is a dubious counterfeit. To top it all off, the proportion of soda is completely anarchic: either the glass is drowned, or we are desperately looking for an ounce of freshness. In short, this mojito is mojito in name only. An experience that I wouldn't wish anyone to relive, let alone pay for. An absolute disaster.

31/08/2024: La qualité a son prix, et c’est bien normal ! Huîtres, Homard, Tournedos et ses petits légumes… simplement delicieux ! Hélas trop rare de trouver de tels plats de grande qualité, qui vont à l’essentiel, sans se perdre dans des accompagnements et sauces sans intérêt histoire de justifier un prix par la quantité sur l’assiette. De bons vins. Un service très agréable et chaleureux. Un intérieur très agréable. Un vrai restaurant comme on aime !
