09/03/2026: A wonderful evening for my birthday: the food was excellent and local, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was very friendly, with songs from my childhood playing. The staff were very pleasant, and to top it all off, they even lit my birthday candle with a song. I had only been once in 2021, and I was hoping to go back more often.

07/03/2026: Perfect in every way! We've been wanting to come for ages. The welcome, the decor, the atmosphere, the food, the service—it's all flawless! A warm, friendly, genuine, and authentic place. 15/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! For a €36 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert...it was simply PERFECT! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were beautifully prepared and given a modern twist (like the strawberry-rhubarb mille-feuille). As a result, I've already been telling everyone about this restaurant. A great place like this deserves to be shared! The welcome was also very warm. It's so nice to see smiling faces.

02/05/2026: Dinner for five at this restaurant, booked somewhat by chance thanks to a recommendation from another restaurateur: we'll definitely be back! The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu is admittedly small, but every item is mouthwatering! At our table, we ordered five appetizers, five main courses, and two desserts. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The cooking was perfectly executed. The flavors truly shone. The dishes were beautifully presented on elegant plates. The homemade bread was a delight in itself. The dining room isn't very large, but it's very welcoming. We had an excellent dinner to kick off our vacation. Thank you!

15/04/2026: First time at Le CAVEAU, And it wasn't disappointing at all. A truly troglodyte atmosphere, and the service and welcome were pleasant and of high quality. As for the meal, come hungry and with your taste buds whetted; it's excellent and very generous. And the dessert... I'm a pastry chef, and the Crème d'Anjou is absolutely divine; you absolutely must try it.

16/04/2026: We were charmed by the setting of Beurre Noisette: the place is delightful, peaceful, and perfect for a pleasant experience. As for the food, the quality of the dishes was impeccable: the ingredients were fresh, the flavors refined, and every bite delicious. However, the experience was marred by the service. We felt there was absolutely no effort made to accommodate vegetarians, which is regrettable for an establishment of this caliber. A little more flexibility and consideration for different dietary needs would have made the experience perfect. It's a fine restaurant thanks to the quality of its ingredients, but the service lacks a modern touch in this regard.
