06/07/2026: Attention vegetarian friends, the vegetarian option offered at the time of booking is simply a reorder of all the dishes without meat or fish, with nothing to compensate for the missing flavors (let alone vegan, it's not an option). Aside from that, it's excellent, including the wines, the service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy.

31/07/2026: This restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The welcome is very warm, the staff is friendly, and the menu is incredibly tempting. The appetizers are really good! As for the main courses—hanger steak, octopus—I decided on the scallops! The sauce is delicious. 👏 I'll definitely be back for the hanger steak with St. Marcelin sauce. 😊

20/07/2026: There are no better galettes in Nice 🤤... I go every week and never get tired of them 🤷‍♀️... neither does my dog, unfortunately 😋... I don't eat them myself, but I hear the crêpes are excellent too, the caramel and lemon cream ones are "to die for," I've been told 😉... Not to mention the kindness of the owner and the waitress...🤩

23/04/2026: One Sunday evening, the first waiter told us that only the €38 set menu was available. We ordered, and then I asked a waitress why that was the only option. She told me that wasn't true; all the other menus were there! A few days later, we went bowling. We pressed the button to call a server and order drinks, and a very unpleasant waitress came over, saying we had to come over, even though she wasn't busy because there were no customers at the bar. She'd been chatting with another waitress for an hour! She didn't serve us anything we'd ordered! We didn't say anything to avoid causing trouble, but it's a disgrace! Especially considering the price of the drinks and a game of bowling. I was really disappointed for a supposedly "upscale" establishment. The pool tables were deplorable, and the bowling shoes smelled awful. Luckily, there were some very friendly waiters.

23/07/2026: Honestly I am often disappointed with meals in Michelin restaurants. This however was truly extraordinary in every way. The food and the service would put this in the category of one of my most sublime meals ever. Yes, that good. The sole meunière was at a level I’ve never experienced. Frank’s choice of wines was what you get from that rare someone who is a truly exceptional sommelier. A big thank you to Frank and Alex for looking after us. These two gentlemen are professionals at their craft. Bravo to all. An evening we will not forget.

08/08/2026: We came on August 3rd, two couples. What a pleasant surprise! We were looking for a restaurant open at 2 pm in Sarlat: warm and attentive service, and good value for money. We ate very well, and the staff was lovely. Well done! I highly recommend it.

13/04/2026: Le Farinaud is a truly wonderful place in Pipay. A must in winter for a lunch break on the slopes, and just as pleasant in summer to enjoy the cool mountain air. Special mention goes to the blueberry tart and the walnut tart—both are excellent. A warm welcome, a beautiful mountain establishment, and Agnès and her entire team are incredibly attentive. I highly recommend it!

02/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at Le Farinaud. The cuisine is authentic, with delicious and generous homemade dishes and desserts, and a special mention goes to the truly remarkable desserts. The setting is incredible, with views of the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountains. An authentic place that has retained its charm, highly recommended.

31/07/2026: I spent a few days in Paris with my husband and mother. I was looking for a unique place to celebrate my birthday and my mother's. We wanted to sample local cuisine at an affordable price. Encouraged by positive reviews online, we decided to check out a recommended place, especially since it was in the area where we had an apartment. We went right after the restaurant opened, so there was no problem getting seats. A big plus is that the menu on their website is available in several languages, including Polish. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that the Polish woman working there, Magda. She was a very nice person with whom we could talk freely without worrying about a language barrier, and she also helped us choose the dishes. Thanks to her recommendation, we tried the beef in a wine sauce with mushrooms and the veal in tomato sauce, served with rice, mashed potatoes, and polenta. Everything was DELICIOUS!! For dessert, we ordered crème brulée, chocolate mousse, and ice cream. A very kind gesture from Magda was a small candle on my plate and a chant of "Happy Birthday." I recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and thank Magda for making my day so special! Greetings from Gdańsk 🥰

22/07/2026: We were very warmly welcomed by Jeremy and Theo, who also spoke excellent English. We were given a lovely table in the atmospheric courtyard. The food is very good! They were also very helpful in thinking of the children, and everything was very flexible and possible. The chef even offered to prepare a treat for the dog. I have never experienced anything like it. We are staying here for a few more days and are thinking of paying this restaurant another visit. Bravo!
