14/07/2026: A small restaurant that I highly recommend! I've spent some wonderful evenings there and always thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. The waitresses are lovely, the bartender is a true professional, and the chefs are top-notch. The portions are generous, the dishes are excellent, and the value for money is very good. A big thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, your professionalism, and the quality of your cuisine. It was a pleasure to dine there every evening!

29/06/2026: We had a quiet spot in the shade for lunch. The fish and chips was very good and a very generous portion. The dessert wasn't great, though; I doubt it was homemade. If you're looking for a simple, quick lunch spot under the trees, go for it.

21/03/2026: I've only been to the main café once since the change of management... just for a drink at the bar. The welcome was simple and courteous. I can't say anything more, having only come for a drink at the bar. 🍺 That's all. To be continued.

30/06/2026: What a disappointment since the establishment was taken over by the manager's daughter. At first, I thought maybe we just needed to give things time to settle down. But we went three times, and the last time was the last straw. We had booked for four adults and one child. When we arrived, the table wasn't even ready. The manager came over and said, referring to the little girl, "Does she need a chair too?" A frankly inappropriate remark, especially with a reservation made in advance. We didn't leave because we were there to celebrate a reunion, but the service was very disappointing. Customer service is nonexistent, except apparently with the regulars at the bar. Otherwise, you really get the feeling you're bothering them. Another negative point: the bill is always a surprise, as the prices aren't clear. I won't be going back. Don't rely solely on good grades: many seem to date back to when the father still ran the establishment.

26/06/2026: We ordered two dishes of shelled mussels and fries, and we barely got 40 to 50 grams of mussels. We asked the waitress if that was normal, and she told us it's three scoops per person once they're shelled, all the shells fitting on one plate. And don't even get me started on the fries! They were stingy with them too. In short, I honestly don't recommend it because these are appetizers that serve you instead of a main course. We had to go eat somewhere else because we were still hungry. What a disgrace!

15/04/2026: The waitresses were flirtatious towards married men, and frankly, it was expensive for a roadside diner meal. It was more like a bar with a hostess, especially when a waitress kissed a married man she didn't know. I found that very inappropriate. And the hygiene needs improvement; it wouldn't hurt to have the owner drunk and mingled with the customers. You have to tell the truth and not leave good reviews just because you know the owners.

19/06/2026: I can't believe this restaurant is still in business. The owners have such sloppy and hostile manners. I saw a guest fall from a chair that just suddenly broke down. The owners just kept giving brazen, blatant, and tacky excuses but never apologized. Don't go there.

25/04/2026: Korean restaurant with a small terrace not far from the Trocadero. Friendly and energetic staff. Decent food, but we expected better. Prices are high.

18/07/2026: The bistro atmosphere is nice; we came specifically for the calf's head. Everything was good. The service was quick. A big thank you to Tiam, the waiter, for his good humor and wit.

08/07/2026: We ordered waffles and ice cream, and a young waitress demanded payment even though we hadn't been served. She confirmed it was house policy, but we were the only table she did it to. Pathetic...

08/07/2026: Please don't hesitate to pick up any litter from your patio in the park! Towels, decorations, etc... I run around every evening and every evening there's even more litter.

24/06/2026: We had a very good time, the waitresses were very pleasant, the meal was very good, and we were offered a complimentary digestif. A great place to eat!

28/06/2026: The meal was very good, it's a shame there was a billing error and I only noticed it just now when I got home... I was charged €4.50 for a Suze when that aperitif wasn't for my table... The error was refunded by the Bistrot du Palais!

21/06/2026: Bad experience. We were in a group with children at the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival), and when we ordered, we asked for a carafe of water. The waiter told us that the owner didn't want to serve carafes of water but that we could have a bottle for €6.50 per liter. It's shameful and unacceptable not to serve tap water in the heat that evening.

04/07/2026: The small casino's selection of machines isn't great, but the free coffee and madeleine is a big advantage over other casinos.
