20/10/2026: I eat at Les 3 Brasseurs quite often and I always order the XL ham hock with a good beer. But when I ordered, surprise! The ham hock was served without any sauce, just like before; it was simply bland. I find this unacceptable; it's profit that comes first again. I would have preferred an option with sauce, even if it cost extra. In any case, after coming to Les 3 Brasseurs for the past few years, I think I won't be going back as often.

10/10/2026: A very good restaurant if you enjoy traditional cuisine and establishments that exude tradition. Be aware that the portions are quite generous and the prices are high. Everyone will have to decide for themselves whether it's worth it or not.

22/10/2026: Cockroaches on the tables. Is there a hygiene problem? The meal was nothing special, bordering on bland, the tarte flambée with the bacon bits measured down to the gram. In short, Alsatian cuisine is usually delicious, but not here. We came with a Wonderbox voucher, we got one tarte flambée for two, and a choice of dishes each, except that for dishes over €18, we had to pay the difference. Of course, this isn't mentioned on the Wonderbox page. In short, we felt cheated. We didn't order anything else on purpose. The total came to €9, and that's already expensive to eat with cockroaches.

22/10/2026: For lunch! The tarte flambée with Munster cheese was perfect for sharing! A gargantuan ham hock in Pinot Noir sauce with Spätzle was a good starter! The tartiflette with Munster cheese was very generous! The potato galette with salad was quite decent! To finish, two very good apple strudels with ice cream! So much food that we ordered a dogge bag! Traditional fare, well done! We'll be back!

05/07/2026: The view from the terrace was exceptional, but the rest of the hotel was completely unsuitable for this type of establishment. Very expensive considering the quantity and quality of the food. It tries to pass itself off as fine dining, but the dishes are anything but elaborate. Bland... I won't be returning.

03/07/2026: Our American friend will cherish the memory of this meal enjoyed on the terrace with its breathtaking view of the episcopal city. The carefully chosen dishes, prepared with care, delighted our palates. The waitress's smile was the icing on the cake. We will gladly return.

20/09/2026: I just ordered half a chicken with fries and was verbally attacked by a cook who was watering plants and then came into the kitchen to touch the fries with his bare hands without washing them. So much for hygiene! I do not recommend this restaurant. The hygiene is appalling, the person was aggressive and not at all friendly. On top of that, the fries were undercooked, and the chicken was even worse. This restaurant is disgusting, the hygiene is appalling, and the chicken was dry and tasteless. I didn't think Roissy airport was like this; I can't even imagine what it's like for tourists. And to top it off, the person told me, "I'm not obligated to serve you," and addressed me informally. Bravo!

11/10/2026: Thankfully, the chef's cuisine remains a delight. I had reserved a table for two for my mother and myself. In the reservation, I clearly stated that the occasion was to celebrate my mother's 57th birthday and that she has a severe allergy to celery and strawberries. Do you think even the slightest consideration was shown to her? What a disappointment to learn that there wasn't. A simple greeting before we sat down, no "Happy Birthday" (not even a subtle one), not even a candle on the dessert at the end. Nothing. Even worse, in my extreme distrust, I had to inform the waiters of my mother's allergies (which could be fatal) because they simply didn't seem to be aware of them. I did, however, see my name at the very top of the reservations page in the guestbook at the entrance, with "birthday" added... It's good that you wrote it down; I hope you didn't miss it... So, we left with fond memories of the appetizer, main course, and dessert, but as for the service... it was nonexistent. No one on staff asked if we needed anything else (which is a shame for your own rating), no one to refill our glasses, and certainly no one to clear our crumbs, as is customary in this type of establishment, which, after all, boasts a certain number of stars. If the restaurant had been full, we might have been more forgiving, but no, there were only three tables to serve during our visit. For future celebrations, I'll have less difficulty choosing a restaurant, as yours will no longer be on the list of options. It's a shame because the restaurant's cuisine is worth the trip.

10/10/2026: Nice restaurant in Nice with good food. Very popular for lunch but dinner is nice too. After eating you can go to the 7th floor and enjoy the roof top view.
