26/09/2026: It's a bar with a nice location, but unfortunately, the person who works there isn't the right person. I went to the bar today, Saturday, to have a coffee and my companion a beer. It was 1:20 PM, and the waiter, a very rude man, told us without saying a word that he was about to close, even though there were still many people being served. He's an unpleasant and racist man; it's regrettable what an embarrassment he caused us.

26/09/2026: A very unpleasant and, above all, deeply disappointing experience. My cousin and I arrived at Scarron simply intending to have a coffee. Before we even had a chance to sit down, the man who greeted us informed us that they were already closing. What particularly struck us was the context: at that moment, several people were still in the establishment, and the staff were continuing to serve customers at their tables. Furthermore, we saw no sign indicating that the establishment would be closing earlier that day than the usual hours. We fully understand that an establishment may exceptionally have to close earlier. What we don't understand is the way this was communicated, and especially the fact that, while other customers continued to be served, two people who had just arrived were greeted in a way that clearly made them feel unwelcome. The situation was particularly awkward, as it occurred in front of other customers. The way we were treated made us feel very uncomfortable and left us feeling excluded and humiliated. We cannot say for sure what the reason was for this behavior, but we can describe how we felt: we clearly perceived a difference in treatment and left with a real sense of discrimination. We are not questioning an establishment's right to close when it deems it necessary. We are questioning the way this was communicated to us and, above all, the way we were treated. When someone enters an establishment, the minimum they have the right to expect is courtesy, respect, and a dignified welcome. In our case, we unfortunately experienced none of these. We left without even having the coffee we had come for. It's a real shame, because an experience like this should never be what a customer remembers about an establishment where they simply come to have a pleasant time.

23/03/2026: It was disappointing to learn that the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings when it's listed as open on Google… so we made the trip for nothing, having received no response to my numerous calls…

26/08/2026: We had a great time at the brasserie while our car was charging (unfortunately, there's no charging station in the town center). The place is spotless and the staff are incredibly friendly, which was a real pleasure. Plus, the shaded terrace is beautiful. I highly recommend it.

25/07/2026: Well, what can I say except that I didn't enjoy my fish dish. The setting is nice, and while the welcome wasn't exactly warm, it was polite and professional. It definitely feels like a restaurant for regulars, and if you're not one, the treatment isn't the same. Back to the dish, and to be fair, I only ate that; I didn't try anything else, so it doesn't reflect the quality of the other dishes. The white fish was tough, even rubbery, and the salmon—I don't know what it was marinated in, but it wasn't a success. Fortunately, the bed of potatoes and the curry sauce were very good. The prawns and mussels were insignificant; they were just a garnish, as there were so few of them. At €26, I found it expensive. So, this is just my opinion, and you should try it for yourselves, but personally, I won't be going back.

09/06/2026: Dinner on the terrace in the evening. A warm welcome and a varied menu, but definitely not a menu. The restaurant is located on a square with little car traffic. Very welcoming and excellent quality food.

21/08/2026: A very pleasant café with very friendly and welcoming service. Two young men run this establishment with great dedication. I highly recommend it.

18/08/2026: The best spot in Antibes - Juan Les pins for breakfast - we always get the complet it’s the best value for value. Also the best croissant and coffee I’ve had in France 🫡

10/06/2026: Love this place, best apres in Morzine in my opinion. No matter what time of the day you visit the atmosphere is fantastic. Food is yummy, drinks are well made and service is fab. The refurbishment is outstanding, it's a must visit location when you visit Morzine.

One of the most beautiful villages in france, with a lot of history and a charming beautifully renovated old hotel, with easy parking and even with pool and spa in another building. Also, with a top class restaurant serving very delicious dining. Very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended

28/03/2026: I booked a weekend with the spa, dinner, and overnight package. The place is very charming, located in a pretty village. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, dinner was delicious, and the room was very nice. We had a wonderful stay.

22/01/2026: Great place for cold cuts pate and smoked salmon complemented by selection of growers champagne at reasonable prices. Helpful n knowledgeable owner and staff. Definitely recommend if into finger food and discover growers champagne.

28/12/2025: It has been almost four months since my first visit to Atome. Yes — this is that type of place, where you have such a phenomenal experience that it keeps coming back to your mind long after you leave. And this place is unique for many reasons: 1. Everything is intentional Everything is well thought out — from the incredible locally sourced food, to the one-of-a-kind wine selection, and even the music. Nothing feels random. 2. People come first This is a place where you connect, learn, and have fun with other tables. Wine is not treated as a beverage, but as a portrait — an extension of the people who worked so hard to make it. 3. Generosity Aline and Eric are incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly generous in sharing experiences, stories, and special moments. 4. A masterclass in hosting I’ve never seen better hosts. From orchestrating the wines, to the music, to thoughtfully placing guests together — everything feels natural and perfectly timed. A special shout-out to Anaïs as well — extremely knowledgeable and generous, sharing many resources that helped me continue advancing on my wine journey. Bravo. I can’t wait to come back. 02/05/2026: We were devoted customers of La Florentine for 20 years until the owner's retirement this summer. We wanted to try the new version with the change of ownership. New decor. Brand new tables, chairs, and lighting. So far, so good. New menu. And what a disappointment! Very little choice. Prices have skyrocketed and are worthy of the French Riviera. €19.50 for the salmon galette. The same for the scallop one. Gone are the Mots Bleus, which we loved. The cider has doubled in price... We order what's left within our budget. Upon arrival, another disappointment. The galette arrives at the same time as the cider and peanuts. So much for an aperitif. The corners of the galette are dry and cold. The galette is stuck to the plate. Only the center remains soft and slightly warm. The clearly visible, pre-packaged slice of ham isn't very appealing either. We have music playing in our ears. We can't hear each other anymore. We move on to dessert. Opening the menu, the prices of the crêpes stop us in our tracks once again. We order ice cream, which is cheaper. The tables have turned. Cruel disappointment. We've lost our favorite, and so friendly, crêperie. May 2026 update: We knew that at these prices, it couldn't last in St. Gilles. The result this month: a change of name and transformation into a brasserie. What a waste! The loss of such a good crêperie and therefore a part of our culture.

29/04/2026: It's slow, it's cold, the waiter should know how to take criticism and not roll his eyes. There are hardly any crêpes or galettes left... for a crêperie, that's a shame! The change of ownership is painful for the regulars.

23/08/2026: Chef Yann has as much character as his homemade Tabasco. He's a real character who will tease you at every opportunity, so sensitive souls beware! For food: everything is takeout and the prices are low. The sausage galettes were delicious. In short: thank you Yann for the meal and the warm welcome, we'll remember it!

26/04/2026: I had already visited years ago (2015, when it was still the Chalet Hotel). Since then, there has been a change of ownership, but the place remains just as lovely. I certainly wasn't disappointed. The welcome, the food, the kindness of everyone, and the possibility of staying as long as you like. It's an address that comes at a price, admittedly, but sometimes you have to treat yourself to these kinds of pleasures. Thank you.

04/04/2026: We booked the place for two nights with our friends for our 30th birthdays at the end of March! A real place to live with very comfortable rooms! I highly recommend it, both for the service and the exceptional location! A thousand thanks again to the whole team! Special mention to Fredo who treated us to delicious meals all weekend!
