01/05/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish. The waitress was unpleasant, bordering on rude, with absolutely no desire to welcome or serve customers. The food was simply not good, the ingredients were clearly low-quality, tasteless, and poorly prepared. There was literally nothing tasty to eat. For a restaurant that claims to be of this caliber, it's a disgrace. And the worst part is the prices, completely outrageous for such mediocre quality. This restaurant is clearly overrated. Special mention goes to the bottle of water, which cost €12 and was already open upon arrival… One has to wonder if it was tap water. Unacceptable, and the bread was stale. I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid it unless you enjoy paying a fortune for poor service and bad food. It doesn't even deserve one star.

02/06/2026: Don’t take those negative reviews, this really is a great street food spot, and best of all stays open late. The wrap bread is baked from scratch in front of you on the sajj and same goes for the crepes. We got the beef wrap and it was amazing got extra pickles and olives and it was so good. We got a crepe sucre and simple is better and very very fresh too. Take it to the nearby fountain.

18/05/2026: I got a cheese and mushroom crepe. Crepe wasn't freshly made, mushrooms weren't fresh either. It was probably the worst thing I've eaten in my entire life. But I forced myself to finish it, so that anything I ever eat from now on tastes amazing in comparison. So thank you Thym Thym for giving me this wonderful gift. I highly recommend other people go there and do the same as me.

14/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered, the security guard behaved disrespectfully and unacceptablely. At the bar, after I had ordered drinks, the bartender refused to serve me a simple glass of tap water, even though I was a customer, in violation of Article L. 541-15-10 of the French Environmental Code, which mandates the provision of free drinking water to customers. I do not recommend this establishment.

14/07/2026: Unpleasant owner They say it's free before 8:30 PM but charge us €10 for entry! A lie! Not to mention the power outage 👀 so no match for 10 minutes

17/07/2026: I stopped to get a sandwich. Given what was left, I ordered chicken wraps. The wrap, and not just at this bakery, is a real rip-off. Considering the size of the chicken inside. Luckily, the taste was good. I won't be having my lunch break there again. Very friendly service.

12/06/2026: Pretty good bakery, but be warned, I asked for a vegetarian quiche to take away, and they sold me a tuna quiche!!!!

30/05/2026: First experience and definitely the last!!! The rooms looked beautiful online!!! But upon arrival, well, it wasn't like that at all!!! What's more, we arrived during a heatwave and, to top it all off, there was no air conditioning!!! Driving 600 kilometers and another 300 the next day, with that dreadful night!!! Even my dog ​​was unwell!!! As for breakfast, I was sold a dream!!! 15 euros per person!!! Campanile does better for half the price!!! Admittedly, the chain works with some local suppliers, but as for the crepes, excuse me, maybe not industrially produced, but defrosted!!! And if you're curious, try the famous salted caramel butter!! Well, they certainly didn't skimp on the salt!!!! The staff isn't responsible. For me, never again!!! I like to say when things are good, but when they're bad, I also point that out.

18/05/2026: Truly awful. The waiters and manager were incredibly rude. Avoid coming here. We ordered only a few items, and despite the place being empty, we waited over 20 minutes. The waiters were joking and laughing in the back.

17/05/2026: I liked it – the prices are high due to the location – the restaurant is on the Champs-Élysées. The summer terrace is close to the roadway, there's plenty of seating, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to avoid disturbing neighbors. The onion soup was an excellent choice.

26/05/2026: I have been buying cigarettes and coffee at this tobacco shop for 2 years, today I bought a pack of cigarettes and then asked for a glass of water because it was very hot, the lady told me I had to either consume something or buy a bottle of water, no humanity whatsoever.

26/05/2026: Wonderful mom and pop tobacco and coffee shop. Very clean with friendly staff and local customers.

10/01/2026: Never again. They wouldn't let us sit by the window because they said those were tables for meals. It was 11 am! Those tables were empty the entire time we had our coffee, which cost €7.50! Neither the place nor the coffee was worth it, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition.

07/01/2026: We stopped at this bar because it was really cold outside... Tourist trap with outrageous prices. The staff forgot about us, but at least we were warm. The only positive point: the drink was good.

The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, there was mold in the bathroom, and neither the room nor the cleaning service was provided (we stayed for two nights). The breakfast "buffet" is rather meager for the price. The staff, however, are very helpful and pleasant.

As soon as we sat the girl approched us, since the menue was not yet loaded we asked the waiters to give us couples of min, she gave us a FACE and came after 3 min; we asked for a desert and a beer. She told us for the desert we have to go to the next place! Then why do you have it in the menu, if you don't serve it !! I asked to give me a minute to think of something esle! She became irritated and give a me a very rude look and a rolled eyes! If I asked for something on your menu and you said you cant get me, don't be surprised if I need time to think what else your highness can provide!!! VERY RUDE WOMAN. I SUGGEST THE WOMAN WORK IN ANOTHER SECTOR and NOT HOSPITALLITY! SHE IS NOT BIULD FOR HOSPITALITY, SHE IS very RUDE. Its a shame for such a lovely terrace.
