27/05/2026: After ordering the set menu, which was supposedly all homemade, I noticed that the foie gras, while cylindrical (from a can), wasn't actually homemade and wasn't particularly delicious, and the rum baba wasn't anything special. However, the beef was excellent and tender. Great atmosphere, very pleasant service.

12/04/2026: A gastronomic establishment offering refined and inventive cuisine of consistently high quality. The welcome was a little too familiar; the unfiltered owner made some inappropriate remarks (and surprisingly addressed our friend informally, whom he didn't know...). Also, and somewhat less importantly, the restaurant could use a serious paint job, as it clearly hadn't been repainted in ages! Located in the middle of the countryside, this unlikely spot represents a bold gamble to attract customers seeking the kind of cuisine that absolutely won us over; therefore, the aforementioned drawbacks won't deter us from returning. An address to discover, absolutely!

30/05/2026: Passing through Poitiers for one night, we hadn't planned dinner, and the menu posted in the elevator was a great idea! The restaurant was listed as full, but they found us a seat at the chef's table, right in front of the kitchen 😊 Then, everything was delicious, from the cocktails to the desserts. We opted for the signature menu at €59, which was excellent value for money! Seasonal produce, perfectly balanced seasoning, and impeccable service: we'll definitely keep this address in mind if we return to Poitiers!

26/04/2026: Booked that very morning for an impromptu lunch with my wife. Arriving in the small village and this beautiful, tastefully restored Lauragais farmhouse immediately sets the scene. Once in the panoramic dining room, our table offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Everything is perfect: attentive service, elegant tableware showcasing inventive cuisine, crafted with creativity and flair. A pause in time filled with gustatory delights. The three-course menu sets the bar high, and the wine list by the glass allows for excellent pairings with the dishes. To finish, the Colombian Ron offered as a digestif perfectly complemented my Havana Puro on the terrace in the middle of the garden. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly return with pleasure to your establishment.

25/04/2026: This is a real gem. We enjoyed a perfectly cooked dinner from start to finish, including the amuse-bouches. The chef showcases fresh, local, seasonal produce. We stayed in the very comfortable and romantic white room with a lovely view. This place is a must-try. We will definitely be back.

05/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant a year ago and were so charmed that we promised ourselves we'd return on our next trip to the region, this time introducing it to our friends. The setting is delightful, the chef is incredibly attentive to his guests, and the young woman who serves is very pleasant. The platter of Corsican charcuterie, the veal rump with mojito sauce and homemade fries—absolutely divine. The ribeye steak with its mushroom sauce was a real treat. The portions are very generous, and the value for money is unbeatable. A place to remember.

31/05/2026: Disappointed by this restaurant. No smile upon arrival, and the main course was served at the same time as our aperitif. We refused it, and it was then reheated in the microwave... No salad with the main course. We ordered a mint green tea, and they brought us a gift box with all the flavors except mint green tea. All for €80.00. No salad with the main course, ordered a mint green tea, and there was no mint green tea in the gift box.

16/05/2026: We expected much better, but were very disappointed by this restaurant. For starters, the foie gras was tasteless and borderline, with a greyish section, probably the end piece left in the fridge too long. The main course was duck sauté with olives. In reality, it was pieces of meat (I couldn't even taste the duck) swimming in a bed of canned tomato puree. Also swimming in it were leftover ratatouille that had clearly been reheated countless times, and watery, tasteless mashed potatoes. To make good mashed potatoes, you need milk and a knob of butter. This wasn't the case. As for the stuffed Niçoise vegetables, they weren't fresh, probably frozen and microwaved. When we complained to the waitress about the duck sauté, we expected at least an apology, or even an explanation, from the owner or the chef, but nothing at all. The staff were unfriendly. I strongly advise against going to this terrible restaurant.
