21/05/2026: A rustic setting on the banks of the Aber Ildut estuary. Refined cuisine, discreet and attentive service. Unbeatable value for money. An inn to recommend for an unforgettable experience.

18/05/2026: A unique experience and a beautiful location. Situated right on the Aber Ildut river, with breathtaking views. A lovingly maintained and landscaped garden. The restaurant is small, with a maximum of 5 tables and seating for 14 people – likely a deliberate choice by the owners. The chef works alone in his small, open kitchen, while the service is provided with care and attention by a very friendly older lady (perhaps the chef's boss?). The food is excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. While there are certainly better (and considerably more expensive) options in Brittany, the overall experience of the food, atmosphere, and location is hard to beat. The chef may be retiring in the winter of 2026. So head to the Auberge while it's still there. Highly recommended.

09/03/2026: A place we regularly return to after celebrating a birthday with 50 people, which went wonderfully. We're celebrating another birthday with 60 people again! We're taking the opportunity to have lunch (or lunches!) in this lovely establishment. And the staff are so welcoming and friendly, which makes us want to come back again and again. 02/07/2026: This place was absolutely amazing. I have some challenging allergies (garlic, onion, and shallot), and we called the day ahead to inform them and make a reservation. When we arrived, they told me what on the menu I could have, which was the majority of the dishes, including the daily special. It’s always nice to have a salad when traveling, and this was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

06/07/2026: New ownership Very refined cuisine, a good step above the old one... The flavor is there, omnipresent in the seasonings, in the rich sauces, and the cooking is fresh and expertly executed. Divine tuna tartare, meltingly tender pork belly with a robust garlic sauce... Sublime. A little more effort on the service and it will be almost perfect.

19/07/2026: [My opinion should be qualified as I was invited for a business lunch.] Very well located in a lovely neighborhood, the storefront sets the tone for elegance, both Parisian and a touch British. Inside, the dining room is spacious, with the restaurant area to the left and at the back, and the wine cellar to the right. Everything is refined and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease. The staff is very professional, with excellent manners and a very pleasant manner. As a guest, I didn't see the menus, but if the rest of the meal is as good as what I ate, then it's "all good"! I thoroughly enjoyed it. I, who don't like or eat asparagus, was won over. Then came the main course, the dessert, the wines. Everything was perfect: balanced, well-proportioned, beautifully presented, and served. I had a wonderful time. I recommend it and I will come back!

04/07/2026: A very pretty, perfectly maintained course, nestled in a forest with a lake and sometimes adorable ducks 🥹🦆. The setting is peaceful and pleasant, ideal for a relaxing time. The restaurant is friendly, with lovely and welcoming staff. The food is good quality, made with fresh ingredients, and reasonably priced. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend, whether you're looking to play golf or simply enjoy the surroundings.

16/07/2026: We spent a night at this wonderful place and also had dinner there. Definitely reserve a table and enjoy! The next day we hiked around part of the valley and were able to leave our car in the shady garden. Very friendly hosts. Highly recommended. Note the opening hours.

06/06/2026: After searching unsuccessfully for a table, the place was full, but they offered takeaway from the "chip shop" and told us to sit on their terrace. Honestly, the fries were excellent, and we were very comfortable on the shaded terrace. I recommend it!

30/05/2026: A fantastic time with family and friends! We had booked an outdoor table. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff is amazing, with a fantastic owner who takes care of you from start to finish 😊😉 (we were closing up with the wonderful Louna). The meal was excellent and the cocktails were perfect. The extra whipped cream was a bit excessive, but so delicious! 😋 😂
