26/04/2026: This restaurant is a true gem. We had lunch there as a couple on a Saturday, and I must say we were blown away by the culinary experience! Everything is absolutely perfect, from the food to the service. The staff is incredibly charming and attentive. The dishes are superbly prepared. There's a three-course menu (starter, main, and dessert) for €42, which also includes amuse-bouches, appetizers, and petits fours after dessert. The dishes are absolutely beautiful; just look at the photos. The dining room is beautifully decorated and very welcoming, with a central fireplace that sets the scene perfectly! I highly recommend this establishment, which truly deserves a Michelin star. Thank you!

Beyond the impeccable quality of the ingredients, the service was simply exemplary: professional, attentive, and incredibly generous. A huge thank you to Kaïs, the chef. His cuisine is authentic, focused on the purity of the ingredients he is so passionate about. But more than his culinary talent, it was his personal touch that truly resonated with us: he makes a point of leaving his kitchen whenever possible to spend time with his guests. In just a few exchanges, you no longer feel like a mere customer, but truly a guest in a special encounter. My daughter and I will be back as soon as we can. 04/05/2026: A very good restaurant with carefully prepared cuisine and reasonable prices. In any case, one of the best I've been to in Essonne. Just one thing though: still water at €7.50 is a bit steep, especially when you expect tap water! But perhaps they don't sell it?

23/05/2026: We enjoyed a delicious dinner here. The seafood was fresh and tasty, especially the shrimp, which was excellent, and the risotto was also fantastic. The staff speaks a little English. It's recommended to call ahead to make a reservation. The apple pie was average.
