16/03/2026: Poor value for money. The four-course menu unfortunately fell short: the flavors were lacking. The dishes were too bitter, sometimes dry due to a lack of sauce. In one of the dishes, the advertised main ingredient—truffle—was missing: in the end, I ate pepper pasta at the price of truffle. The petit fours were also too doughy. Unfortunately, nothing impressed us. A real disappointment, especially considering the very high price.

12/03/2026: We visited this restaurant on March 11, 2026. But as soon as we entered, we felt the tension. There were three tables of customers. We sat down, and the waiter approached us, quickly muttered something, and left. Since we were foreigners, we didn't understand anything. It was difficult to decipher the menu and understand what they were offering. The waiter was sullen, unfriendly, distant, unsmiling, and taciturn.

11/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with a fantastic menu of incredibly delicious dishes. The staff is extremely friendly (especially the two young waiters) and takes the time to explain the dishes and their ingredients. The lovely terrace, complete with misters and a large fan, allows you to dine outdoors despite the heat. The gourmet coffee was sublime: the best I've ever tasted, with generous portions of desserts. A must-try on Place Paoli in Corte. A truly wonderful experience guaranteed.

From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're in a special place: a warm welcome, genuine attention, and a rare level of service. You immediately feel privileged, as if every detail has been carefully considered. The cuisine is exceptional. Each dish is a true work of art, as beautiful as it is delicious. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the ingredients are of impeccable quality, and the chef's creativity shines through in every bite. It's the kind of meal that leaves a lasting impression and is remembered for a long time. The setting is elegant without being pretentious, with a perfectly controlled ambiance. You feel comfortable from beginning to end, without a single flaw. Honestly, it's hard to find a single negative point. It's exactly what you expect from a great restaurant, and even more. A remarkable place that I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will return again and again.

18/03/2026: A delightful discovery. A small, unpretentious restaurant, charmingly decorated, spotlessly clean, and with very friendly owners. A good selection of dishes, well-prepared and made with fresh, flavorful ingredients (the bread is amazing!). Little extras: a few basic grocery items, but especially fun souvenirs like quirky posters you can buy as a memento.

12/02/2026: The night was rainy, the Charente River was overflowing, a doorbell rang, and the door opened onto a beautifully decorated hall. The welcome and service were friendly, the menu offered excellent choices, and the tasting was perfect and delicious. A truly gem.

The welcome, the service, the fresh and excellent cuisine with original touches, and the very reasonable prices make it a truly welcoming place. BRAVO! Having come from Normandy, we ate lunch here two days in a row and have already recommended it to our friends. Don't hesitate, go without hesitation! 👏👍 We'll be back.

The food has that truly authentic, traditional "homemade" taste that's becoming rare, and frankly, the price is just perfect for such quality. What I love is that it's just as good for a large gathering of friends as it is for a romantic dinner; there really is something for everyone. The staff always welcomes us as if we were part of the family, and we immediately feel at ease. It's a pure joy to go back every time—a truly precious find!
