31/05/2026: So, off on an adventure, we were passing through Hyères, and I absolutely wanted to eat prawn pasta. I asked Chat GPT, and he even recommended this wonderful restaurant where you can smell the fresh fish. The meal was delicious. As a connoisseur of prawn pasta, even in Marseille, it's not as good. Warm welcome, guaranteed friendliness! They even had little chalks and a slate for the children. Everything was top-notch. Thank you for this great meal, and the portions are just right. At home, you pay, but you don't get two prawns that taste disastrous. Anyway, thank you for this great restaurant!

04/05/2026: We called to make a reservation for July 14th, and were told we couldn't make a reservation; we had to arrive at 7:00 PM to get a table for eight people. We arrived at 6:45 PM, and the restaurant was empty, but apparently everything was reserved for the chef's family. We were turned away.

The service is impeccable, and the staff is always welcoming and attentive. A big thank you to Didier, who always recommends great dishes with kindness and professionalism. It's truly a pleasure to come here because the quality is consistently high, both in terms of the food and the service. Go without hesitation.

21/04/2026: Excellent value for money. The calf's head was perfect for those who enjoy it. The wines were more than adequate and reasonably priced. The service was provided by two staff members, a contrast between the "very serious" and the "checkered shirt and suspenders" types, but both were efficient and attentive (they immediately corrected the ice cream flavors). The atmosphere was very pleasant and intimate. We come back every year.

09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. 26/02/2026: A must-visit for lovers of local cuisine. This restaurant offers exceptional views that perfectly complement its generous and distinctive dishes. Everything, from the food to the drinks, exudes regional authenticity. The prices are very reasonable, and children are well catered for thanks to half-size portions of the menu items. Reservations are highly recommended.

19/02/2026: We had a lovely time at this inn, a great find in the Vosges! The road to the inn is a bit challenging, but the effort is well worth it. The food is delicious, generous, and excellent value for money! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back!

26/05/2026: An exceptional setting for this restaurant, whose terrace is an oasis of greenery. As for the cuisine of the young chef Manon, it is generous and delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is perfect!
