06/12/2025: Very good restaurant with a warm welcome. The fish was excellent, but the portion was a bit small, which was a shame. The young rooster was perfect. The hazelnut dessert was delicious. There was a bit of a wait between courses, and the dining room was a little noisy.

29/11/2025: We went there based on the reviews and were disappointed. The wait was far too long, I didn't like my ravioli at all... the dessert was overpriced and not very good either, and the noise was awful. You couldn't even hear yourself speak... I would never go back

23/09/2024: Chez Paul cares about their customers. After having been very disappointed on the food (the meat - Steak au poivre) in April I posted some words about it here on Tripadvisor. Very soon Chez Paul got back to me with the hope to be ablt to make it up for it. Indeed, serve me dinner i September, I answered. And yes. I was back. An excellent piece of meat with delicious Bearnaise sauce. For me and my niece. I would say: Elegant treatment of miscontent customer. Now I of course have a positive impression of the place, which in fact has a great atmosphere. Merci Chez Paul. Vous m'avez traité avec grand respect et la deuxième fois la viande a été excellente. L'atmosphère chez vous est très bonne. Merci!

18/09/2024: Overated. Food has definitely declined over the past few years. French Onion soup was the worst - completely lacking any flavour. Pepper steak sauce was good but beef was a bit tough - and that was medium rare. Service was efficient but rather rushed. Been several times in 20 years - time for somewhere else.

18/01/2025: A pleasant and human welcome. Fast service for hearty and good dishes. The menu is complete without being too large, the prices are very reasonable and the different dishes are taste-pleasing. . Bravo to the waitress for her availability and efficiency.

Classy, ​​but unpretentious, exquisite, refined, and beautifully presented cuisine, a fine wine selection, discreet yet warm service, a very pleasant dining room, and excellent acoustics. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back... probably when the weather's nice to try out the terrace!

05/11/2025: Found this restaurant by taking a detour down a side street. A lovely little hidden gem. Exceptional cuisine. Honestly, for €25 more than fast-food chains, it's a no-brainer! Impeccable service, with a warm welcome and equal consideration for everyone. I highly recommend it. Thank you for such a delicious meal at such reasonable prices. Well done!

07/12/2025: We waited 50 minutes for lunch, clearly stating that there were six of us plus a baby stroller. After 50 minutes, they let us in, but said the baby stroller couldn't fit, saying we could hold the baby. They could have told us right away without making us wait, instead of making us wait outside in the rain and cold with a newborn. I understand the problems, but it's enough to say it right away. They even told us to go to hell in French. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

27/08/2024: Very disappointed with the cuisine, I know it well but really a cuisine that does not correspond to the price of the menu, poor quality or reheating in short not great at all too bad very beautiful setting.
