24/04/2026: Absolutely PERFECT, I highly recommend it! The service was pleasant and friendly, the meal was delicious and generous. A small biscuit served with the two scoops of ice cream in a nicer container than a glass would have made all the difference, I think! Thank you!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, whether you're seated indoors or outdoors, the location is sunny and sheltered, and it accommodates both small and large groups without any problem. However, it's best to book in advance. We come back again and again with pleasure.

05/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The restaurant is lovely, the food is excellent, and it was very busy, which is to be expected when the food is this good. We recommend going, but book in advance to be sure of getting a table. We highly recommend it. The only downside is that you'll leave with a very full stomach! 🤣

25/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! This isn't the Roubisque of a few years ago. The appetizer buffet was full of processed food, the main course was bland, and the staff were completely unfriendly. In short, we're done with it! We won't be going back. For €17, you can get much better with pleasant service.

23/04/2026: First class restaurant experience. The service was impeccable and was only outshone by the innovative & delicious dishes. Great wine list. We sat outdoors and the terrace was quiet and private.

12/04/2026: L’Huitrier Pie in Saint-Émilion is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had over the years traveling through France, and yes, it’s featured in the Michelin Guide. First off, Saint-Émilion itself is a UNESCO World Heritage village near Bordeaux, widely known for the quality of its wines. While it can get crowded at times, the setting alone already puts you in the right mood. From there, the restaurant delivers across the board, beautiful setting, well-paced service, attentive staff, and outstanding food and wine. What really stands out is the value: for this level of quality, the price point is surprisingly reasonable. All in all, a true 5-star experience.

07/04/2026: Birthday meal for 9 people. Despite being very busy (Triathlon in town), the overall service was excellent. Each guest chose their own menu, and everyone was delighted with the quality of the food. The kindness and professionalism of the waitresses and the owner were also noteworthy. Very good value for money. We recommend this restaurant, which is open year-round and is popular with the locals of Albi. Corinne and Yves, Albi - June 2025 April 2026 - Change of ownership in February 2026. The menus are completely different, and I don't like the concept. I won't be trying it, so my previous review from June 2025 is no longer valid!

30/04/2026: The setting is nice, and the service is very good. However, I'm disappointed by the quality of the food and I don't think it's good value for money. I suspect the fries and desserts are frozen (if not, that's worrying). There's no justification for selling a frozen Paris-Brest/éclair for €8.50. The choux pastry on the profiteroles is completely dry. It's not bad, just ordinary and overpriced for what it is.

06/04/2026: A creperie well worth a visit. We ordered several options from the menu (we went on a weekend) and they were all delicious. The homemade quality was evident in the quality. The place isn't very big, so reservations are highly recommended. They also have a very cozy interior patio.
