05/03/2026: We ate on the ground floor, which had a real brasserie atmosphere. The service was quick and efficient (our head waiter was fantastic with his charming northern French accent). The food was very well prepared, with perfectly cooked vegetables and fish. Finally, a restaurant with real cotton napkins! I hate paper napkins! It was lovely! We'll definitely be back.

15/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! Impeccable service! The staff were incredibly attentive. I went there for Valentine's Day! A red rose was offered to each table for the occasion—a lovely touch! Thank you again. Everything was truly delicious. The presentation on the plates was exquisite. Wow, what a wonderful combination of flavors and textures!! The portions were generous enough to allow you to enjoy dessert, which was excellent! Everything is homemade!! Kudos to the kitchen duo and thank you for the service. We had a fantastic time. 14/02/2026: We had a wonderful time at Crêperie Saint-Pierre in Saumur. The charming couple, Margaux and Nicolas, welcomed us with great warmth and kindness. The crêpes are creative, generous, and of excellent quality—a real treat! I highly recommend discovering this crêperie and sharing a pleasant moment with Margaux and Nicolas.

09/11/2025: The food is very well prepared, and your taste buds will thank you. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, the space is furnished like the study tables in a university library. The wine list offers plenty of options to enjoy without breaking the bank. Perhaps a tad pricey, but a great spot in Grenoble.

30/12/2025: This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.
