06/02/2026: Traveling from Cavaillon to Pélissane for a medical appointment, we had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with its warm welcome.
The Corsican pizza was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients, a very thin crust, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. It's been a long time since I've had such a good pizza.
For dessert, the profiteroles were just as good as the pizza. A truly delightful experience with very friendly people.
Thank you again for this lovely time. We'll be back.

The only slight drawback was the limited space, but honestly, it's something you just need to be aware of and easily overlook because it's so good. I'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu. Thank you!
