15/02/2026: Tucked away in the old city of Carcassonne. A very delicious meal, albeit a bit small portions (though that might just be me). We had canelloni with foie gras, followed by a super tasty steak with pepper sauce. The desserts were also delicious. We had the friendly service choose our wine, and it was absolutely perfect.

28/04/2026: Poor signage, not easy to follow if you don't know the area. Gravel path, unsuitable for people using walking sticks and impassable for wheelchair users. The meal was absolutely delicious, and the service was very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent value for money.

Stuffed poultry with vegetables. The dessert was just a little too sweet for my taste; a lighter dessert would have been perfect. Thank you for this lovely meal.

06/04/2026: Lunch at Saint Georges, overlooking the harbor: a bright, calm setting, almost suspended between the sea and the sails. The terrace is well-maintained, the tables are beautifully set, and the warm welcome immediately sets the perfect tone. On the plate, it's all about quality: the fish is cooked to perfection, the portions are generous, and the presentation is elegant without being ostentatious. The daily menu is well-thought-out, and the desserts live up to expectations—simple, indulgent, and satisfying. The service is professional and attentive without being intrusive, with that relaxed, seaside rhythm that makes you want to linger. A restaurant that does things properly, with taste, and that respects both the ingredients and the customer. A great place in Palavas for a leisurely, well-executed meal, and a view that makes it all worthwhile.

08/04/2026: Truly an exceptional meal. We even bumped into the chef on the street before coming to eat, and he seemed smiling and pleased to see us—a very good sign. And above all, we opted for the tasting menu, which was on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant—and a truly creative one at that, with a fantastic identity. We'll particularly remember the lamb paired with mint and smoked yogurt, the celery with such a rich vegetable jus that you'd swear it was meat, and the revisited Fontainebleau, which is well worth the trip. Plus, a superb wine list... in short, what more could you ask for? Go for it!
