The dishes are entirely homemade, prepared with quality ingredients and a great deal of expertise. You can taste the passion in every plate. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to chat with their customers, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic cuisine in a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend this place!

31/07/2026: We had an impromptu lunch in Aubenas and stumbled upon this little gem of a place on a side street. What a wonderful find! The owner takes care of everything: cooking, serving, and taking orders with a smile and genuine friendliness. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We were able to try the Ardèche caillettes, a regional specialty. Finally, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant!

23/07/2026: A wonderful experience and definitely a place I would happily return to. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Beef Bourguignon and sea bass with ratatouille – both dishes were beautifully prepared and full of flavour. We also enjoyed very good wine and an excellent dessert. A special mention has to go to the service – incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great food, good wine, a lovely atmosphere and outstanding service. I highly recommend La Forge and will definitely be back!

22/07/2026: Sabora Burgers is a restaurant located in Libourne, entirely dedicated to the world of hamburgers. The green and well-decorated establishment made a pleasant impression as soon as I got out of my car. The welcome was friendly and quick, the servers smiling and attentive.

We were offered a set menu with several choices; the appetizers and main courses were very good and beautifully presented. The service was quick despite the large number of us at the table. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the cakes were also excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

28/07/2026: Delicious food at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the vegetables were a bit bland, and the salad had a somewhat under-seasoned, tasteless dressing. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The gazpacho was decent.

21/07/2026: Passing through for work, a colleague recommended this place. The welcome is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere celebrates Brittany without being cliché. As for the food, the galettes and crêpes are top-notch. For drinks, try the fruity Nicol cider (or the even fruitier and more tangy Guillevic for special occasions). Price-wise, excellent value for money. In short, go for it!

Friendly, attentive, and responsive staff: they really go the extra mile! You can change or add ingredients. The ciders are definitely worth discovering. The desserts are incredible! 😮 Absolutely delicious, and I mean it. I'm a seasoned food explorer, even taking culinary trips abroad. Go for it! There's something for everyone, and you won't be disappointed!
